Horrible
Horrible. They are crooks and you should stay away from them. I ordered 6 spark plugs from them. They sent me one wrong spark plug. The return process and customer service is a joke. I returned the part, it was delivered to them on March 5th and I still have not received a refund in 3 weeks now.

Horrible Part that didn't work
Do NOT order a thing from them. I ordered a damn speedometer cluster and the damn thing wouldn't bring up my original miles. I wasted over $400.00.
I would never order anything from them again. That's crooked what they do to people. I ended up having my original cluster put back on. They said I could NOT return it. I don't remember the exact date. I got the cluster in 2024 or 2025.

This company is terrible
This company is terrible. They sent me the wrong part. I followed their RMA process. They kept asking for more and more pictures, closer pictures and pictures of labels that didn't exist. Then, they stopped responding. The RMA process is a scam and they will never take a part back or refund you for their mistake. They will do everything possible to avoid taking anything back. I am still trying to dispute it with my credit card because even though they won't respond to me, they will to the bank and they claimed that the RMA process "wasn't completed". Its a sham. Be warned.
Edit: I love the concerning response from kiapartsnow.com. They are going to have someone reach out to me? This is what I've requested in 20+ correspondences and I still haven't heard a thing. This is just more lies from the company. I will never hear from them and they will never refund me for the parts sent incorrectly or take them back.
