The entire process for the extra key took quite a while. Multiple days were necessary to get all the approvals as the tools aren't very user-friendly. If you use this service, definitely expect a coup... Se mere

I hope this only happened to me.
My first 2 phone calls were a waste of time, I was hung up on twice trying to resolve a simple task of ordering a FOB.
Once the FOB was eventually ordered I was told that it was not available. Complete last of any customer service or personal follow up.
Without the assistance of my Body Corp, I would be still waiting.
Also delivery was not as advised, but this could be another issue.

Good service
A little rocky from the start, however Keyzee went above and beyond to rectify the situation. The key did not fit the lock, however we worked out that it was the lock barrel and not the key. They accidentally sent the second key to wrong address, but went out of their way to address the problem. VERY good service from Abraham. He was professional and polite.

fobs should not cost more than $100
This company charged 110.48 for a replacement fob. After being paid that amount they then send another account for 145.00 callout fee. Total cost 255.00. I have previously had fobs replaced by other companies for less than $100. The callout fee amount is not disclosed before they first take your money and the explanation for the extraordinary cost just doesn't make any sense technically or morallly. After barking angrily at this company they have eventually done the right thing and I congratulate them for that. I do hope their next customer benefits from this experience and does not fork over high fees for something simple

We understand your dissatisfaction but just for your understanding:
1. We do not set the prices for order items, these are set by the security company that services your building which we on-charge to residents.
2. The fob was charged at $35. The rest of the order amount was made up of postage, OC management charges, GST and the credit card processing fee.
3. Your building's security company charge for a technician to attend and activate the fob in the system, the OC are looking at ways to make it more efficient and cheaper for residents.
4. The requirement for a callout charge as well as the amount was clearly specified when you ordered.
They takes long time to delivered my parcel. So it’s on avarag.
It’s ok, you have to more focus the time of delivery. Because when you request key or Fobs, than you should think about agency. My only concern the time you are taking for delivery the items. Other than all good.

The process took too long and the remote was mailed to the wrong address, which went against what the name suggest (not at all easy or quick).

Thanks for sharing your review.
The delay in your order was due to no remittance being from your office. Once remittance was provided the order was sent the next day to the address requested on the form.
If you'd like it shipped to a different address in future, please place it on the form when you order.

Apologies for the delay in your key arriving. As this was a new building we were waiting on information from the Manager before we could arrange for your key to be cut and delivered.
Now that the information is in our database we'll be able to supply you much quicker next time.

I believe that there was a misunderstanding with your order. We couldn't release your device until we had received remittance which you were refusing to provide. Once provided we released the fob within the day.
