The entire process for the extra key took quite a while. Multiple days were necessary to get all the approvals as the tools aren't very user-friendly. If you use this service, definitely expect a coup... Se mere

Disappointed

Firstly, the staff I spoke to were great and this is not a reflection of them.

I ordered a barrel which comes with two keys and I ordered an additional key. The locksmith didn't have the 3rd key when he installed the barrel. I had to get back in contact with Keyzee to find where the 3rd key is. I haven't heard from them since. It would have been easier if I could have dealt directly with locksmith however my bodycorp has complicated this process by involving a third party. Keyzee also charged me a $30 admin fee which should be paid by my body corp considering I pay them thousands a year to coordinate these functions for our building.

What a shocker, don’t use it.

What a shocker. Too expensive and pathetically slow. 13 days from order to delivery. $100 per key is ludicrous. I’ve asked our body corporate managers to find another solution. What utter gouging for poor service and response.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with the delivery time and cost of your key order. Unlike access swipes or remotes, which we keep in stock, keys are custom-made by your building’s locksmith, and delivery timelines depend on their process. You placed your order on a Thursday afternoon, so due to the weekend, additional time was required. We requested your keys the same day, but the locksmith, one of the slower and pricier ones we work with, took a week to deliver them to us. We dispatched them the same day they were received by our warehouse, still within our 5 business day guidance when you ordered, and they took only a couple more business days to reach you. Please note that neither we nor the post office operate on weekends.

Regarding the cost, the keys were priced at $75 each, not $100, with the majority covering the locksmith’s cutting and delivery fees. To improve future outcomes, we suggest your body corporate consider switching to a faster, more cost-effective locksmith.

What a bunch of fraudsters

What a bunch of fraudsters. Set up a business that is completely unnecessary so they can rip people off. charging $155 for a fob that you can buy for $2.50. they aren't even the ones that suuply and code the rfid chip in it. the only reason they exist is because the owners corp are too lazy to place and order through the locksmith. they just handle it and make a margin. Do your research and try to go direct to locksmiths

There are very few fobs that are charged at this price. Where products are charged at this amount it is because either:

- A security technician is either attending the property to code the fob to your particular apartment door.

- A security technician charges for a remote attendance to code the fob to your apartment and deactivate the lost device.

- The owners corporation management company's admin fee as agreed between your owners corporation and the management company.

Once you send us some more information about your building we'll be able to provide you more information.

We ordered remotes

We ordered remotes, and the experience was not pleasant ... more than 3 weeks they haven't received, they said 2 or 3 dates, but missed.
Then I request to speak with the manager, Nathan, and he provide the appointment even at early in the morning... and we received the remotes just before the Christmas break .. great job, Nathan!

Communication was terrible

Communication was terrible - every link on the email to get information was a dead end. I never received shipping/dispatch information. I called the hotline, was left on hold for twenty minutes, then I left my name and number and never heard back. This all happened while the money for the key had already been taken out of my account which made me very nervous I was scammed.

My order was forgotten!

My order was forgotten!
After charging an exorbitant amount of $374.00 for 1 new gate remote, my order was forgotten!
After 5 weeks still no sign for my new renters, I had to follow up with the owners corporation to find out where it was.

The property you ordered for requires a technician to attend to program a remote each time. The cost for the remote included their callout charge, the remote and the Owners Corporation's admin fee.

We had sent the workorder to the technician for the property and were advised it was being completed. However, this was not the case. We're improving the way that we follow-up on workorders to avoid this situation happening again.
