The parcel was good

The parcel was good, we didn’t like everything but it was fun to have lots of choice. It was nicely packaged.

I’m a bit confused as to how to manage my account. I wanted to make sure it was just a once off delivery but I’m not sure what’s happening.

Hi Becka,

I'm so sorry that your request for a one off order wasn't picked up over Christmas. You absolutely did the right thing by leaving a message in the 'notes' box at checkout, it was our fault for missing it.

I've cancelled your subscription and refunded you the box you were accidentally charged for.

Again, I'm so sorry for the inconvenience - thank you for reaching out and bringing it to my attention.

Should you wish to manage your account in the future:

- Click on the "Account" icon (right hand side of the bar at the top of the website) and log in using your email and password
- Click "manage subscription"
- For the subscription you want to edit, click the "view details" button beneath it
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- As your 'reason for cancellation' either select "pause" to pause your subscription, or "other" to cancel it completely and then click the big red cancel button.

Voila! All cancelled.

We're really happy that you enjoyed the variety of snacks in your discovery box and are hoping that you found a couple of gems that you'll look out for in the future!

All the brands featured in our boxes are small and/or independent businesses that benefit hugely from your support.

So a huge thank you for taking a chance on us and our brands - it really does mean the world :)

The box was amazing

The box was amazing, a lot of varation in the snacks. it was a really good price for the amount of stuff in the box and it all looks super tasty.

I have ordered a number of times from…

I have ordered a number of times from Kestofood including the monthly subscription box for myself and my partner. Every month the contents is new and something I have not tried before, each one tastes delicious and I have gone on to purchase some of the individual items from Kestofood.com. I highly recommend trying them, the service is great and really reliable, I ordered a few boxes as gifts for colleagues as thank you's and also for family and friends. I received a lot of nice messages from friends who I sent the lockdown box tool!

Top Lockdown Boxes

Fantastic product and excellent service. I used it to gift boxes to my friends during lockdown and the range of gluten free, dairy free and vegan options meant everyone was delighted

Brilliant idea!

Loved my experience with Kesto! The branding and positioning is so refreshing, it’s a great way to discover new products all from a 1 box. The boxes are beautifully presented and a generous helping of treats inside. Highly recommend!!

Very tasty!

Great variety in the tasty snacks from month to month, good value for money, arrived very promptly. I particularly like that you can reorder favourites from the box directly from Kesto Food, so if there’s something we particularly like it’s easy to get more of it.
