Excellent customer service
I had an issue regarding a mini HDMI adapter I had bought from Keple.com which failed to work with an Nvidia Shield tablet. After contacting them via email, they were extremely helpful and went the extra mile by quickly sending out alternatives which worked perfectly. The delivery time including dispatch was approximately a week, however although this was a little long, their customer service made up for this wait. I would definitely buy from them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends.
Excellent service - let down by Royal Mail
I ordered six power cords on Sunday 28th February selecting next day (1pm) delivery. I expected shipment on Monday 29th (first working day) and delivery Tuesday 1st March. Evening of Wednesday 2nd wrote to Kepple pointing out non-delivery. Received prompt response advising that shipment had been made on Monday 29th but package had been mis-routed by Royal Mail. Delivery finally made Thursday 3rd March. Excellent service by Kepple - let down by Royal Mail. Please consider changing your logistics partner.

I ordered a memory stick and it was not compatible with my camera. Not their fault. They advised me how to solve the problem by purchasing an adapter (which they do not sell). I had to purchase a kit, which included the same memory stick I had purchased from them and let me return the item with no hassle.
