Having instructed Semera Bibi to handle court proceeding for a possession application just over a week ago, the service has been swift and procise from the outset with everything completed and lodged in good time.

This is the second time I have used this solicitors regarding obtaining a section 8 for a tenant.

Semera acted on my instructions and wrote a letter to the tenant explaining how her conduct amounted to harassment and fell within the Theft Act (blackmail). There were a lot of time when there were urgent updates for example my property window being smashed or my property being flooded and Semera flexible approach with immediate advice be available meant she was always helpful.
