We instructed Keoghs to sell our property for our Father's Estate. My Brother and I were very pleased for being efficient , and helpful of the Sale.
It was a drawn out affair of 2 years due to a few knock back with the proposed viewers of the property.

Mr Kanchana Desilva, supported by Chetna Parmer from Cobden House Chambers undertook to defend a sensitive and difficult, end of term mortgage repossession claim.
Throughout the whole process, they respectfully provided a service which no amount of money can buy. Their approach was one of practical guidance, sensitive empathy and a robust determination to achieve a fair outcome for both claimant and defendant.
I would encourage anyone who encounters similar difficulties to talk to Mr Desilva, he is a good listener. He prepared a strong defence with supporting evidence. The outcome being that I was granted a significant length of time to sell my property.
