Reliable, efficient and really friendly service.

This was not an entirely straightforward job, but the team took on the challenge, worked out a solution and the result is excellent. Also, everyone at Kent Heating were delightful, stuck to their commitments and were scrupulously punctual. What a nice change in this day and age!

Very helpful service from Sam in the shop and his initial visit, and professional installation of stove thereon at the end of last week. Very happy to recommend and I have little doubt that if there was any issues (nothing to speak of) they would do their utmost to resolve.

From start to finish this company exceeded our expectations. Lucy in the office was so helpful and we cannot fault any part of their service at all. Gary Stevens and his team went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and explained the process all the way through when fitting our burner. If only all companies were like this. So pleased we chose them. Thank you !

Fantastic service, would highly recommend Kent Heating Solutions. Lucy and Sam were both extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. The lads that installed our new log burner were professional, punctual and the work is of a high standard, all completed within the two days they advised. We are delighted with our new log burner.

Chosen on excellent reviews after disappointment from another supplier. Absolutely delivered on expectations. Friendly and helpful, great team doing installation who helped with peripheral problems. Super quality work and attention to detail. We've had a lot of experience fitting stoves. DON'T COMPROMISE AS POOR WORKMANSHIP IS COSTLY. Chose KHS!

Really excellent service from KHS and we're absolutely thrilled with our new stove. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff in the showroom with a sufficiently broad range of stoves on display to choose from. All of the workmen that came to the house were friendly and professional and I'm very pleased with their high standards. I highly recommend this company.

Kent Heating Solutions were immediately responsive and so efficient in resolving an urgent problem with our wood burning stove! KHS were on the ball and within a week of our urgent enquiry KHS had installed a new flue liner and completely overhauled our Clearview stove which we rely on to heat the ground floor of our house. I am so impressed by the dedicated thoroughness and professionalism in the way our problem was so quickly resolved! Thank you
