Kent Composite Doors Anmeldelser

Tony did a fantastic job. Clean and tidy and great workmanship. Tony even helped our elderly neighbour who was having trouble with her door while he was fitting mine. Thank you

I can't praise Kent Composite Doors highly enough. It is very refreshing to find a trades person these days with the standards of care and professionalism that Tony exhibited. From our first enquiry, Tony always responded promptly and gave us exactly what we wanted in terms of a lovely new front door.

He did a first class job of installing the door, and showed great care and attention to detail. Our door knocker had a tiny scratch on it so he ordered a new one and returned swiftly and replaced it. No fuss, no bother.

I am really glad we chose Tony and Kent Composite Doors and I highly recommend him to others.

We recently had our front and back doors replaced, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the result. The doors look great, we now feel nice and secure, and both doors are very smooth to operate. Tony and his team were very professional and reliable. The cost was very reasonable too. Highly recommended

The whole process was simple and stress free - after dealing with very pushy sales tactics from some bigger companies, Tony's approach was much appreciated, with no pressure or upselling things I didn't feel I needed. The online quote was the same as when Tony visited to measure up and it was fitted within 2 weeks as promised. The fitting was excellent, all the rubbish cleared away and the quality of the door is great. Overall excellent value for money compared with other quotes I had.

Tony did a brilliant job. He was very helpful advising us from the beginning of which lock to switch to for our security wants, and which glass to switch to so it would match up with our windows. Tony installed quickly and tidily and took all rubbish away. He made the framework look super neat and sanded and cleaned our sill which was buried in render to look as good as the new framework and prevent knock-on job of re-rendering. Tony returned quickly to replace lock when wrong one was sent and buff out a surface scratch we noticed. Door looks nice and fresh. All paperwork like invoices, insurance and building certification were sent quickly. All information was clear and you could ask any question and get a trustworthy answer. Great job and workmanship all around. Many thanks. Would recommend and would use again for future jobs.

Tony was very professional, tidy, an absolute perfectionist and a very nice bloke. He fitted my door perfectly. I am thoroughly pleased with the result. I highly recommend KCD.

I wanted to take some time before posting this review to ensure I was completely satisfied with everything, and I’m pleased to report that I am! From start to finish, the service from Kent Doors was excellent. The team was professional, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with.

What stood out most to me was how tidy and organised they were throughout the entire process. They worked quickly without cutting corners and left everything spotless once the job was done. It’s rare to see that level of care and attention to detail these days.

Thank you, Kent Doors – highly recommended!

Excellent service very friendly
The door looks great I would highly recommend he took all rubbish away

We found ourself in the unfortunate position if needing a new front door right on top of Christmas. Having researched companies to assist i came across Kent Composite Doors who offered a 14 day lead time on replacement doors. I made an email enquiry and Tony got in touch very soon after to book in a quote at our property. Tony came around and measure up, confirmed the price matched the design we put through the website and went through the specs of the door. There was no pushy sales techniques from Tony, he was super polite, professional and truly honest throughout - our main concern was getting the door installed before Christmas. Tony kept me updated on the instal date throughout, and true to his word, 2 weeks later he was here ripping out the old door and frame and installing our new one. Tony's workmanship was truly excellent. The new door is fantastic! It has really made a dramatic visual improvement to our property, and it has truly made our hallway a lot warmer. No more drafty door! Both my partner and I are truly over the moon. I would highly recommend Tony and his team if you find yourself in the market for a new front door. We couldn't be happier. A truly trustworthy company with a great owner!

Over the moon with our new solidor door. 100% recommend. Great work!

From choosing a door on their website through to completion, we couldn't be happier.
You get an immediate price online (no pushy sales people), and door was delivered& fitted within 2 weeks.
Tony goes above & beyond to give the best possible service & I was pleasantly surprised at his attention to detail.
We were so pleased, we are now looking at replacing our back door.
Highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic service. Our front door is amazing and the professionalism from Tony was outstanding. This includes the after service. A company I would definitely recommend.

…but more importantly we can’t praise enough the skillmanship and professionalism of Tony and his colleague. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company and wouldn’t use anyone else for any further work - thank you Tony!

Turned up on time.very professional, friendly, yet thorough service. Highly recommended

We're really pleased with our new door that was fitted by Tony and his colleague yesterday. The service that Tony provided from start to finish was professional throughout and I would highly recommend him. He and his colleague even took the time to adjust my French doors that were proving difficult to close. Five star service!

I would recommend to anyone.

Outstanding service from the start to the supply and fitting of my new front door.
I had been sourcing online a number of local companies to give advise and guidance for a few months.
Tony visited and from the moment he arrived, friendly, polite, concise and experienced, gave good clear explanations, showed pictures of previous doors fitted. Tony is a professional with good morals and integrity, absolute fantastic workmanship! Thank you Tony.

We had a positive experience with Kent Composite Doors and Glazing.
Tony did an amazing job with our new front door that we requested for him to come back and do our windows too. Wouldn’t go anywhere else & would highly recommend!
Thank you so much!

From the first enquiry email I sent, Tony was quick to respond, polite and professional.
He kept up good communication throughout and the quality of the installation is excellent.
I would highly recommend this business.

Front door fitted by Tony very professionally done very happy

There is no after sales service, they installed my door but part of it has already come off but I cannot get hold of anyone to come and fix it and I have been trying for a few weeks. Nobody ever picks up the phone or answer the emails. Shoddy.
