The broker help desk was sharp and helpful pre-application, but the standout moment was receiving a call directly from the underwriter to discuss the valuation report prior to issuing the formal offer. In the intermediary world, direct communication with an underwriter is extremely rare, so this proactive human touch was incredibly refreshing and kept the case moving fast.
The free BTL valuation is an added bonus that clients love. Fantastic lender support from start to finish!

The system is straightforward to use, with an easy application submission process and simple document upload functionality. However, the procuration fees paid to advisers are not as competitive as those offered by many of their competitors.
