I have wanted to have an upper blepharoplasty for about 30 years. My eyelids were overhanging to the point where I would sometimes have to tape them up. Mr Gateley came recommended on a forum. He instantly made me feel comfortable, and explained everything carefully. The procedure was quick and painless.
I can’t begin to explain how happy I am with the results. I’m genuinely delighted. I feel and look a lot less tired!! Mr Gateley and the staff who work with him check in regularly and are always kind, helpful and patient. I highly recommend Kensington Medical.

Detail: I attended my original consultation with a view to booking a facelift, but Mr Gately took one look at my face and was adamant that I didn't need such an invasive procedure at this stage. Instead, he recommended a (cheaper!) upper blepharoplasty since I'd flagged unhappiness with my sagging eyelids, and tear trough and cheek filler to restore volume. I went ahead with both in January and am delighted with the outcome.

Mr Gately's team were extremely patient and helpful while I went back and forth on dates, and the facilities on offer (in my case, Cadogan Clinic and Mr Gately's own clinic in Raynes Park) are top notch.

The whole process from start to finish was incredible. The reception team are fantastic and I can't thank them enough for their help with post-op questions. And as for Mr Gateley; his work is fantastic. He's calm, approachable, knowledgable, and everything you could possibly need from a surgeon. He was always quick to accommodate any requests and explains everything thoroughly. Thank you!

I had a lower facelift and my upper and lower eyes done at Kensington Medical. I hated my jowls overall and my cheeks seemed to have dropped. That's all gone now and I'm very pleased, I feel like myself again. Its very natural and I'm delighted. I can now wear eye makeup without the overhang and bags and my lower face and cheek area are so refreshed. Mr Gateley and team were great.

Had a consultation with David Gately. He briefly looked at me, said i was not a good candidate and that the reason I wasn't happy with my under eyes is because I was not a "lard-bag" (meaning i'm thin) and that i am "getting old".
Please bear in mind I am 42 and this came from a surgeon pushing 70.
Within 5 minutes he was holding the door open rushing me out.
£200 to be told i'm getting old and rushed out.
Absolute joke.
