Disgusting. Bring back the original version.

Dreadful product revamp. It's like chewing on rope. The bran no longer softens in milk, the individual strands are too large and it's completely tasteless. I've been eating All Bran forever, but not any longer. I need to find an alternative.

KELLOGG’S ALLBRAN NEW RECIPE … The clue can be found in the official response from Kellogg’s l, but you can ignore the “reduce food waste nonsense” as This is the key line … “To streamline production” For the past few decades, the only reason food producers tinker with recipes is to save costs.

Anyone remember the size of Mars Bars and Marathons 20 years ago ?

This is nothing more than another example of shrinkflation, except worse, with this one you can add “Tasteflation”

Total disregard for loyal customers.

If it costs more to make then just put the price up and let customers decide.. don’t create a disgusting cheap pastry poor replacement and treat your customers like idiots.

I’ll be moving on to another product.

It used to be FIVE star now its ONE, and that's thanks for the memory's.
The new 'recipe' is appalling, awful and its yet another case of if its not broke don't change it. Ive eaten ALL BRAN for decades , my favourite breakfast cereal , but never again.

I have eaten All Bran all my life. I loved it on its own, or to add flavour to Shredded Wheat or Weetabix. Great flavour, texture and healthy too.
But I just had a bowl of All Bran and found the recipe is completely different. I HATE IT. It was a hideous tecture, smooth and sort of slimey when milk is poured on it. It tastes artificial, as though it's been made with powder and baked hard, rather than a healthy, natural taste.
I can't urge Kellogg's strongly enough to change back to the old recipe. This is a huge mistake and massively ill judged. There was nothing wrong with the old recipe.
I pay more for a branded cereal like All Bran. I simply will not buy another box until it changes back as eating cereal should be a pleasure. This is far from a pleasure.
Please change back asap Kelloggs.

The new recipe All-Bran can only be described as disgusting. No taste or flavour baked so hard it does not soften in Milk. Will have to throw away the most of the 750gm packet purchased from Waitrose as it is not edible. Kellogg's have failed with the new recipe and must have seen sales fall. Improvement and innovation is welcome but not in this case the product is foul. Now looking for an alternative.

Kelloggs….!!! REVERSE THE NEW MANUFACTURING PROCESS…NO KNE LIKES IT! I had shock of my life when bought pack recently. I’ve had it since childhood… prefer it when it used to get mushy…NOW it doesn’t go mushy BUT WORM LIKE PIECES APPEAR WITH DISGUSTING TEXTURE AND TASTE!

Bought All-bran for the first time this year (2025) after decades of consumption experience. I'm not usually motivated to write about such things but I feel compelled to speak my mind about this. I didn't know the recipe had changed until after trying the new recipe. What utter garbage; tasteless, slimey and hard as nuts. The original All-bran would soak up the milk and soften, but not the new version. I threw the box away as it's not fit for consumption. It tasted very synthetic and artificial, so I won't be buying anymore.

I have no idea how many years I've been a customer but the new All Bran recipe feels like and tastes like it's made out of reconstituted granulated plastic. I feel like it's blocking me up, my metabolism has slowed down, I feel bloated, I feel like it's turned me into a balloon. I've been giving it some time but after a month and a half I just can't take any more of it. Goodbye.

Kellog's All Bran - new Recipe. ** Urgggh **
The texture and taste are dreadful and it is unpleasant to eat!
I've bough All Bran for decades - always buying Kellog's rather than supermarket own brands as the taste was superior.
I'm afraid I shan't be buying it again unless they revert to the "Original" recipe - I hope they listen to feedback.

I would give zero stars were it possible. Like every other reviewer. Kellogs have royally screwed up with the classic All Bran recipe. Why would a company deliberately sabotage a best selling product. Have the nannie government got to you to change ingredients to suit some stupid policy. It makes no sense. Replacing an excellent formula with an inferior inedible slop.

Kelloggs new All Bran recipe is dreadful- l speak as someone who has enjoyed All bran for decades every morning - the new product is so removed from the previous recipe and so poor in flavor and and the larger chunkier pieces do not break down - l have stopped eating it so so disappointing

What have you done to my favourite all bran? It no longer absorbs milk but floats on the surface bland and tasteless . Is there anywhere I can still buy the original?

The "New" All Bran is absolutely horrible & tasteless. Why have Kellogs changed a perfectly delicious breakfast cereal into something to what you would find on a carpenters workshop floor.
Bring back the ORIGINAL All Bran

It's unbelievable that Kellogs have completely ruined All Bran. The new and "improved" recipe is DISGUSTING. It has ZERO taste, and the texture is really odd. It's like eating matchsticks. What a shame. I have to find an alternative now. It's criminal.

Eat All-Bran daily and didn’t realise the new box I opened this morning was a new recipe. It’s absolutely awful. Didn’t absorb the milk, tasted waxy and such a disappointment. Will need to try and source an alternative, that whole box will be going in the bin. Why fix what wasnt broke?!

I have eaten all bran for decades. This new all bran is tasteless rubbish. It looks like some sort of cattle feed. They say it was changed to reduce waste. What, waste in the factory or waste by the consumer? I had an email from kellogs or perhaps on the phone, telling me about waste. I was told it was about crumbs in the packet then thats nonsense as you pour the crumbs into your bowl. I have no intention of purchasing this product again unless they revert back to the original. The reason for the change is no doubt a manufacturing cost issue. Sorry Kellogs, but you haven't done yourself a favour with this one.

This BLAND NEW recipe All-Bran plus is revolting, repulsive, abominable, vile, odious, foul, gross, repugnant, nasty, atrocious, dreadful, horrible, appalling and ​quite frankly really offensive to me as a long time all-bran customer.
If I wanted to buy a fake counterfeit, tasteless, insipid, slimy, disgusting, unappealing cardboard mess of a cereal that looked a little bit like the original all-bran then I would have been buying a cheap supermarket version. The original has now gone and I'd like the manufacturer to know that this family will never ever buy a box of any Kelloggs Cereal again.
