My husband purchased a Harris Tweed cap in Scotland and subsequently lost it on the trip. He was so disappointed. After a quick search I found Kelly’s. I was able to order a replacement. It arrived quickly, was beautiful, and made my husband so happy.

Excellent purchase (Scottish made purse)
I purchased one of the Glen Appin brand Harris Tweed purses. There was a large selection to choose from and is beautifully made. The metal appointments are well crafted, and the faux leather is nicely finished (does not look plastic). My order was quickly filled and was well packaged to prevent damage. The price was quite fair.

Quick and easy solution
I ordered three brass shamrocks for my daughters and upon opening found there were only two. It was Christmas time and I know how busy things can be but I contacted customer service and they immediately shipped our missing piece. Great response and easy solution.

Size chart is completely wrong
Size chart is completely wrong. I traced my daughter’s foot and measured in millimeters! The size chart for the shoe said to order an 8 in Women’s, which is what she wears in tennis shoes. They were WAY too big. Returned and ordered a 7. Still way too big. Measured with other girls’ shoes and she needs a 5.5. Still working on ordering the correct size. Ridiculous that the size chart is that wrong. Not too mention the company charges the customer to return the item and they accidentally sent as a soft shoe in the process. The company was quick to rectify that issue. The size chart needs fixed on the Corr’s hard shoes. This has now been a 6 wee process.

The items weren't like the picture and…
The items weren't like the picture and looked like some other style mugs instead with no gold on them and the bottom ring was unpainted. I would have preferred one of the other two styles of mug if I had known that's how the paint and colors would be. I wasn't wild about the ones I bought with fluted tops but loved the vivid colors and touches of goldin the picture, especially the gold ring around the base. I kept them but won't buy again.

I wanted the Irish Blackberry color in…
I wanted the Irish Blackberry color in size 9.5–12.5 socks and was substituted for the West Cork Fuchsia in size 9.5–12.5 ones. The West Cork Fuchsia in size 9.5–12.5 ones are a good sock and I like them but I prefer the green.

I ordered a sweater for Christmas i…
I ordered a sweater for Christmas i received the wrong size. Customer service said they would send the correct size so that it would arrive in time for Christmas. After multiple follow ups with different reps who seemed to have no idea what i was talking about Christmas came and went and i never got the sweater i decided to just fully return the original sweater and im still waiting on my refund (its april)

We understand how disappointing it was to receive the wrong size and then not receive the replacement in time for Christmas. This reflects a breakdown in our internal communication and order handling. While our team attempted to resolve the issue by arranging a replacement( reported on December 23rd) and later processing the return, we did not manage the situation as effectively as we should have, and for that we take full responsibility.
There was also a misunderstanding within our system regarding the status of your replacement, which led to the delay in issuing your refund. This is not the level of service we aim to provide.
We are actively addressing these issues and are in the process of switching to a new warehouse management system that will allow us to handle replacements and returns in a much more efficient and reliable way, helping to prevent situations like this in the future.
We have since investigated your case and issued your refund. We truly appreciate your patience and your feedback, and we are sorry again for the experience you had. If there is anything further we can do to assist, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
