I ordered on August 15th. September 15, no product, no customer service response
I ordered on August 15th.
Two days later they said they had warehouse issues and a holiday was coming, so sorry for the delay.
September 1 they emailed saying they are still having issues but in a day or two things will be sorted out.
September 5 I emailed to ask what the status was.
Today, 10 days later, they still have not replied. It has been a full month since I ordered. Absolutely terrible experience, I would recommend against buying anything from them.

The issues arose while we were transitioning to a new warehouse system, and unfortunately, the process took considerably longer than anticipated. We are pleased to say that the new system is now fully operational and everything is back in order.
