We are truly sorry the fit wasn't right. Sizing for Irish Dance is uniquely complex, as shoes must fit like a second skin. Even with the same foot length, factors like arch, instep, width, and personal fit preference change the required size.
To minimize return costs, we always advise using the cheapest standard shipping. For future orders, many dancers find it best to buy two sizes at once to compare the fit, and then return the unwanted pair in a single shipment to save on postage.
