I ordered a lens hood for an older camera. This was the only place I could find that had the one that actually came with the camera when new.
I opted for regular shipping because even the upgraded shipping didn't guarantee I'd get it before I needed it but KEH shipped promptly and I received it two days before I needed it.

Purchase was easy, but problem after
The "link new" monopod I purchase was missing a vital safety strap when using. Although KEH sent me a strap to replace the one that didn't come with the order, it appears just to be a carrying case strap and not the one needed. After explaining the scenario, and showing this strap on the product shown on the website, I told them I just wanted to send it back, and the person issues a RMA, but said I will be charges $9.95 for returning the product (which was NOT my fault) and was missing a vital part for keeping the monopod from tipping Not sure if I will deal with KEH going forward or just go with the other guys

The monopod you purchased was listed as LN‑ (Like New Minus). Only items graded New or LN are guaranteed to include all original manufacturer (OEM) accessories, unless otherwise specifically noted next to the grade on the product page. LN‑ items may be missing non-essential accessories, which is reflected in the pricing and condition description.
We double checked with our QC team to advise and the they determined the strap is considered an accessory. As a courtesy, we did send a replacement strap that we had available once you contacted us. We apologize that it did not work out. However, when you decided to return the item, the return was processed in accordance with our standard return policy, including the applicable return shipping fee.

I did receive the lens I ordered, however it did not work properly. I did take it to my local camera shop and they can fix it. I did receive a partial refund for the price I paid you for the lens. I appreciate the great customer service.

No Payment Received
Sold a Pentax 17 to KEH Camera. Their payment processing service was unable to complete the transaction. I packaged and sent them my device, and they were unable to pay me for the device I sold to them. I am unable to receive the device back since they consider the process finalized.
Disappointing experience with their service. They shouldn't offer to purchase equipment if they are unable to reliably process payments digitally. They confirmed they received my equipment and won't payout. A loss on both ends.
