Great products, like new in every way except the price! The order arrived more quickly than I expected.

I recently purchased a camera body with a couple attachments from KEH in excellent condition. True to their word, it is indeed in excellent condition, especially for a camera made in 1974. Mechanisms like the bellows and levers work just fine and it only shows a minor amount of use from previous owners. I will be purchasing from KEH again in the future as I continue to build my dream camera.

I am so impressed with my experience. Ordering was easy, but better than that was the shipping and product! I can’t believe how nice the camera is - even better quality than described. I was so pleasantly surprised at how new it looked and shipping was super fast. I haven’t developed any film yet, but I did load a roll and snapped a couple shots and it seems to be fully functioning. What sold me is their superior guarantee - knowing this camera is backed by a 180 day warranty gives me peace of mind they believe in their refurbished products and it will last me a long time. I am just a normal person, no experience in photography at all, who wanted something nostalgic to use to capture our son’s childhood. This website made ordering and searching easy. I will definitely shop here again.

The KEH team is helpful, fair, and knows so much about every piece of photographic equipment and accessory imaginable. Got into a whole slew of new gear at a great value. It was a pleasure... and sense we will be doing business for years to come.

Only caveat, the in-store experience is more camera bar than a browse-and-buy, so it is helpful to have a good general idea of what you are looking for when you arrive.

The lens I purchased is perfect. Not a scratch or a spec of dust that I can find. And sharp as a tac.

I sent equipment for sale to KEH.

Unfortunately there was a glitch in the transfer of money, which has since been resolved.

KEH Customer Service was on it and stayed engaged until the issue was satisfactorily resolved.

I have bought and now sold through KEH and will continue to do so in the future.

Always my first place to check for used equipment. Always reliable and they seem to grade ruthlessly, as items always arrive in way better condition than expected.

KEH usually provides fair prices for a business of their kind - their online quote system is good, and the shipping label-send your gear-get money is pretty fast. My problem is with the in-person sales when they have an event. The wait is long, the system inflexible. For example, there was a local event today, hosted at a local camera store. "Do you have an appointment" was a question I heard the KEH reps ask, and at each question, the customer said "I didn't know anything about an appointment (KEH, maybe one or more of your marketing emails neglected to mention appointments?) I waited about an hour to get my kit reviewed - I'm half-way between SLR and Mirrorless, and was considering selling my new-ish R5 and upgrading that, plus finally ridding myself of my old EF mount L-Lenses and upgrading to the newer glass. Maybe 10 pieces total. I had planned on flipping the money in-store (there is a +10% bonus$) but KEH couldn't give me individual prices, so therefore, I couldn't make a decision about which pieces to keep and which to sell. Additionally, they deduct for not having a charger (Ummm, a charger is always extra when you BUY from KEH i think, so you're cutting that one both ways guys?), and unfortunately for me, I forgot the battery doors for when the motor drive/batter pack isn't in use. Anyway, it was about a 2 hr ordeal; I didn't sell, plus the local camera store didn't get my business, so when I finally buy, it might not be from them :( The KEH guys were great, so this isn't a complaint about them, but mostly process, policy and inflexibility.

The D300 was exactly as presented. Perfect condition, looked brand new with so sugns of wear. I will be ordering lenses soon, great experience!

This is a great place to buy used equipment. It was easy to find what I needed and the condition descriptions were easy to understand. To be honest all of the equipment I received exceeded my expectations. Do your own research but the budget graded lens I bought for $9 is actually pretty good and will work for what I need it for better than I was expecting. I highly recommend KEH.
