Unfortunately Anpost seem to be running a little slow at present and we cannot be held responsible for delays with the postal service. With regards to your three emails, yes we received one on Mon 11:39 and two on Tues 13:16 and replied Tue 16:49. So, just over 24hrs to reply and you complain about sending three emails? Paul, We would have replied to the first email given the chance.

Scooby looks good
Had my Scooby for a while, looks like it's a goodie. only issue is that I went for the 300ml starter, I'm guessing you get the same size starter no matter what size you choose, so felt a little cheated there

Kefir grains arrived and are thriving.Quick delivery and well packaged. Full fat milk is recommended but mine seem to be doing well in my Avonmore super light milk. Vitamins and probiotics, win win. Who needs a tamagotchi?
