We're delighted to hear your order arrived promptly and that your fresh milk kefir grains became active so quickly. Healthy, live grains should begin fermenting fresh milk within around 24 hours as they settle into their new home, so it's great to hear yours got off to such a good start.
We really appreciate your support and hope you enjoy many years of making delicious homemade kefir!

Well worth it!
Great information on how to feed and take care of the grains. It takes a wee while to get the hang of the fermenting but we'll worth it.

Good
The water kefir grains work quite well if you do a second fermentation. On the second fermentation, you can add flavours which make a gorgeous drink - lemon and root ginger are working well for me. I've no fizz yet on my brew, but it makes a refreshing drink.
The speed of delivery of the package was outstanding.
