Perfect sofa buying experience
The whole experience was fantastic so much choice in store I was like a child in a toy shop, Denise steered my giddiness into a great decision, Valerie was amazing every time I phoned and remembered what we had talked about before. As for the 2 guys who delivered it, they were simply outstanding. I've been telling everyone to go to this store

I placed an order after browsing Keen's very comprehensive and detailed website. I received confirmation of my order almost immediately and updates throughout until delivery. The price of my item and delivery costs were very reasonable. My item was duly delivered in perfect condition. Due to how well this order went I will certainly have no hesitation placing further orders from Keen's, in Belfast. 👏👏👍👍

We wanted a replacement to our chinese stone figure (after we broke our previous one)
We were pleased to find KEENS stocked them and quickly ordered one online.
The price was great, it was packed well, it had tracking and was delivered after a few days. Would recommend this company.

Purchase of an armchair
We came to look for an armchair. After asking some relevant questions we were shown every chair that fitted the spec. We chose one and were given plenty of time to choose the fabric. We even changed our mind a few days later before confirming the order and there was no problem.
Delivery was within the advised window and was carried out quickly and efficiently .

Excellent timekeeping and demeanour
Keens said my delivery was to be between 12.00 and 2.00pm. Got a phone call at 11.40 to say delivery was at 12.00, and arrived precisely at that time !! Excellent service. The 2 lads who delivered my bed and tables were polite and helpful. Removed the packaging as well.

The member of staff who helped me make a suitable choice was very informative and spent quite a length of time with me .
The delivery went very smoothly and I was kept well informed .Item delivered on the day and within a short time slot - no waiting around for half a day .
Delivery team also very helpful .
All in all , a good experience .
