Super fast delivery.
High quality gear and the free socks were really appreciated.

Bargain and excellent service 👏

I'm very happy with the jacket. Delivery was on schedule. No problems with the whole transaction.

Great company to deal with. Order was sent out very quickly and was well packaged. Only a small order but I felt it was valued. Well done!

The delivery time was good. I just had issues with the fit and want to return the items I purchased.

The Stratus jacket was tight under the arms and could use more room. It’s unfortunate. The jacket is not as crisp in its shape like the Arc’Teryx Gortex Sidewinder jacket I had owned. I was able to wear my Genesis fleece comfortably under the Sidewinder jacket and the Adventure fit for the Keela jacket certainly was lacking in a similar comfort and fit.

Be careful where you order from because you will pay the overseas shipping fees when you choose to return the product. I have never experienced this before when returning an online purchase. I was truly disappointed and shocked at the shipping fees.

I was very disappointed that I had to pay for shipping fees to return a product since I have purchased numerous products for almost fifteen years now. It seems loyalty is overlooked this way.

Very poor customer service in my opinion.

Fast delivery and good service. Great quality tops and trousers, only downside was I couldn’t get two pairs of the trousers. Nice surprise of a pair of socks as a gift.

The trousers faded off quite quickly after wearing for 4 days.

Ordered Kintyre jacket (L) but it was much too big; Keela arranged for the jacket to be returned & replaced with a medium size. The replacement fits perfectly and still accommodates to the Sky Pro (L) fleece. Very pleased with how the whole process has been handled together with helpful advice (thanks Erin) when I phoned customer services. I'd never previously heard of Keela but so glad I've found them and their garments are excellent quality.

I buy all my trousers and wet weather gear from Keela now, great service and great gear…got the first pair of socks as a freebie and just had to buy more, they were so comfortable for the hot summer weather…would definitely recommend all Keela outdoor gear

Great company to do business with.
They have a superb selection of outdoor clothing for all situations.
With fast and friendly customer service and some great offers.

I had personal interaction with a sales associate who was friendly and helpful

Good brand for shift work. Posted to my address quickly

Keela are the best outdoor products around and the sales are real sales excellent

Great fleece, could do with an insiode pocket, but a minor point, excellent jacket. Quick posting and blue light discount as well.

:-)

Excellent company to do business with. Very quick delivery and products are excellent. Recently bought pinnacle waterproof jacket. Due to heat wave not needed to use it, but I already have one of them and love it so much I bought another. Has lots of pockets , keeps you dry and is a good price. My only gripe is had to wait a long time for it to come back into stock

Great communication knowledge. Ordered the Pinnacle in spice, best jacket by far. Material, colour, fit is all perfect., Andrew

Brought these trousers as I'm working security and its hot!!!. They are a good fit and feel light for working hotter days!but still look smart. Love the stretch too.
Delivery was on time too.
Wash and dry quick and still look smart.

I have used Keela kit for 20 years and Keela look after their Customers very well. The Dunlin Jacket is like back in time when we use fibre pile jackets which fitted very well with no cold spots . The Dunlin jacket fits well no cold spots warm wind resistant small pack size very satisfied with jacket.Lightweight Incline socks I have found the socks very good in this hot weather l have been walking and cycling in them very satisfied with the socks

Bought hiking trousers 10 yr ago now on a second pair good service and quality.

Must buy. Able to move comfortably, with out worrying about trousers falling. Great fit due to board elastic shape. Delivery service was really quick. Definitely a quality product.
