The product arrived today and i will review when Ive used but wanted to say that I was disappointed that the trousers took nearly 3 weeks to arrive although the funds were taken from my bank next day and after numerous attempts of trying to get them to reply to my email the trousers were then sent out but had to wait until they arrived from China and not England where the company is based. I won't be ordering from here again.

Repeat purchase absolutely love the trousers the wash well and are extremely comfortable. I sized up for a looser fit as that’s my preference. The socks I received as a free gift are so comfortable and my toes feel so warm.

Quick delivery. Haven’t tried them on yet as it’s a bit too warm to need them.

The website was not the easiest to navigate but the products are amazing. I received the trousers within two to three days. The sizing looks accurate and the fleece lining is very snuggly. I haven’t tried them on yet but the quality is excellent. I bought the cuffed leg because I’m a wheelchair user and I wanted a snug fit around the ankles. It’s convenient to have the fleece and waterproofing in one garment. Blankets can get caught in the wheels. I’m looking forward to trying them when the weather changes.

Easy to track order and updated all the way through. The items are for a xmas present but so far im very pleased with them

Thr story so far . I ordered my 1st pair , they arrived from China 2weeks later but my fault for ordering too large . The customer service response was quick and so back they went for an exchange smaller sized pair .
I then wished to order a second pair as they seem great . As advised these were ordered separately, 2 weeks later they too arrived from China ....but the lower leg seam was split where the machine is guess had not sewn correctly. So customer service required photo evidence before I return THIS pair . Photos sent as requested , but its gone quiet now . The first pair are still stuck in China as the tracking has not moved? And I'm stuck with the 2nd faulty pair unable to return.
In summing up then :::: I have paid for two pairs of cuddlr trousers but neither of which are gracing my winter wear shelves .
Left with nothing !!
Dissapointed and annoyed is an understatement.

Very happy with both the trousers and the socks! The weather has decided to turn tropical again (September) so not had a chance to try out, but they are both very comfy and lovely quality!

I placed an order with CUDDLR on 15.09.26 i spent over £100 and i am still waiting for the delivery. I have contacted them several times by email and keep getting fobbed off with replies statingmy order is in transit. I have used there live chat on line, which is false it is generated answers and again keeps fobbing me off with replies stating my order is in transit. It looks to be coming from a chinese courier AVOID AVOID. i have requested a refund, they are ignoring me. PLEASE AVOID I THINK IT IS A SCAM

easy to order, quick delivery. were a bday present for my daughter who runs in any weather in chicago. she said they are perfect

The ordering process on line is tricky and has glitches but the support staff behind the scenes are helpful. Can’t wait to receive my order!

I brought these for my daughter in law due to its amazing qualities. She hasn't tried them out yet as they are a birthday present. She did however look at the Cuddlr site so I knew she liked them . I cannot wait for her to use them st the yard and finally have warm legs without chill blanes. Process was very easy to order.

Despite coming from China, the pants arrived quickly and I knew where they were each step of the way. Better yet, they are large enough for width and, as advertised, will fit a short inseam. They are cuddly, warm, and comfortable and will make great pants for winter sports.

I had a query regarding an item in my basket - I messaged Cuddlr and they replied and sorted my query really quickly.
Excellent products, friendly customer service and an easy to navigate website - highly recommend.

OMG 🤩 my new Cuddlr trousers are absolutely gorgeous, the fit is true to size and they are so comfortable. These are a game changer and I will no longer be cold when I’m out in my Wheelchair, I’ve tried so many different things to keep me warm but these are absolutely a game changer and a must for wheelchair users that want to be out and about all year round. Cuddle’s customer service is top notch, and I’m picky. I was struggling with the ordering process (in stock/pre-order) and I sent an email. I promptly got an excellent, personal response that answered my concerns and got my order done correctly. I can’t wait to try out these pants. Arrived promptly. Look great quality. Not tried out yet . Waiting on second pair to arrive. Also have ordered some gloves and got the deal to receive socks
