Just come across by browsing..and was blown away by the great services and efficiency.

Overview:

Keebo is the only credit company in the UK that ensures a fair lending decision by aiming to review your financial history rather than your credit score - which is very much needed as credit scoring systems are undependable, and unfair for newcomers and young people that lack an extensive credit history.

My experience:

Upon receiving an invite, I was able to quickly submit my credit application through the Keebo app, and within 2 weeks, I was approved. so far, so good!

Keebo also offers considerably low APR rates, with no monthly fees which is great!

Hiccups and improvements:

I find it very difficult to openly criticise Keebo as they are fairly new and truly aiming to provide a revolutionary service, however, I can list a few of the hiccups that I experienced during my sign up process.

Firstly, my credit application took longer than usual (approximately two weeks) to process, as they required to perform additional checks which I didn’t really understand; I assume that’s just them aiming to be responsible lenders and since credit scoring isn’t the main deciding factor, they required that additional information.

Customer support:

Incredibly helpful and supportive team, they truly seek to understand your concerns and provide you with a genuine service. Rita was determined to provide me with an outstanding service through my onboarding process. No bots, no automated responses.

I’m keen to start my journey with Keebo and I will definitely be looking to review their service in the forthcoming future.

I have been using Keebo for 1month now and i was holding off for a review until i had a good insight of the credit card. After one month using the credit card Absolutely amazing!! This is how credit should be. Ive had no issues at all! With the card or app.I had issue where a company was taking money off my card for no reason, and i contacted support and straight away Rita responded and went above and beyond she deserves a pay rise or some extra benefits off the company as her service is outstanding

Looking forward to some new features like apple pay, no fees abroad? Then this credit card will be complete as the full package

if you are looking to apply then do it you wont regret it!

Highly recommended. Quick and smooth on boarding. Linked my bank account so they can assess you on more than just your credit rating. Accepted with a really good interest rate, low credit limit but new features coming soon that will allow me to increase limit with good behavioural spending. A refreshing approach to credit, much needed. Outstanding customer service and a lovely vibrant credit card design. Appy...I did and I'm happy to be part of the journey with Keebo.

I just got my Keebo card in the post today. The app is incredible, I can see my linked current account and manage my money in one place. The process was really simple and I'm looking forward to using the card -)

Signing up process was dead easy and when I reaches out to customer service by chat, I spoke with Maurizio, who was super helpful and took his time to explain a few questions I had. Great service and highly recommended

I joined because I'm a freelance creative, thought this was perfect. Process was swift the card and app are great too, would definitely recommend.

Well it's a good option for those people who can't get a credit card from high street banks and have a good history of payment so I'll say just grab this opportunity you won't regret it!

Applied for Keebo at the beginning of this week and was fully onboarded shortly thereafter. Very smooth service and positive communications by email throughout the process, and any thing that was needed of me was quickly communicated to me.

Quick and easy to apply. Customer support is prompt and helpful. Looking forward to the rollout of new features and can’t wait for the card to be added to Apple Wallet so I can use Keebo as my primary spending account 💰

So far, I've had no major issues. I had one query where the app looked like it was about to take too much one month, but I think that was a bug in the app, that's since been sorted - when I contacted their customer support about it, they were quick, helpful, clear and friendly.

As far as the app goes, I don't get much out of their content myself, but then I don't really need it - I just want it to work.

Great Service, easy to use. I lost my card and they had a replacement out to me right away. App is good and easy as well

The perfect credit card. I was invited to get this credit card. I've been using it for over two months. No problems in use and good support. All 5 stars!

Nothing but positive things to say so far. Customer service is very quick to respond, app easy to use and the application process was straight forward. Would certainly recommend. Lightyears ahead of the market.

Account is easy to set up
Plus the idea of credit card it's self is great though doesn't show how long your credit for but still smart to links the bank with the card offer all ***** from me

Great app, came across a few bugs which got resolved very quickly, love that you can make bank transfer to pay bill and it is applied to my account within seconds.

Only downside for me is not being able to use it with Apple Pay.

Customer Service are always helpful and respond quickly.
