This website is a scam! When I realized they weren't selling genuine Keds shoes I tried to cancel my order and get a refund. I was told this would be processed but two months later after lots of follow ups, I still don't have my refund.

Like many I have worn Keds since I was a little girl. Currently my wardrobe consists of about 20 pairs of Keds.
I have found that over the last few years, the quality, the structure, the comfort the insoles are sub par.
I really hate to say this, but I do not think I will buy another pair of Keds.

This website looks the same and have the same shady technical details of lookalikes like kedsnederland.com.
On kedsnederland my girlfriend was victim of credit card fraude. They have many lookalike domain names which are all registred in 2021 and now performing their scam.
Thats what you get for not protecting your domain name @the real keds, amateuristic stuff.

OMG, I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and received a Gucci cap

El 31 de mayo hice el pedido y estamos a 22 de junio y aún no lo he recibido!
Lo que si he recibido son varios emails fraudulentos ( supongo) pidiendo todos los datos de mi tarjeta porque tengo un paquete en aduanas y que había que pagar una pequeña cantidad para podérmelo enviar. Por supuesto que no rellené ese formulario, porque el email no venía de KEDS.
He escrito a Keds 6 emails pidiendo información sobre mi pedido y en ninguna de las direcciones he obtenido respuesta.
Así Es la atención al cliente. Hasta estoy sospechándolo que la web KEDS es falsa y que me han soplado 62€

I ordered Keds shoes from their website. Years ago, I wore Keds and decided to treat myself to a new pair. What a difference!! These shoes are very cheaply made and the left shoe makes a popping sound with every step I make. I won't be ordering again, not worth the money.

Don´t buy in this webpage, even when it´s on German language, it is not the official one from Ked´s, it is fake.

I purchased a pair of Keds from the online store and it took nearly 2 weeks to be dispatched from their warehouse. When I enquired about this via email after a week, they said they would be dispatched that day, but they weren't actually dispatched until the following week. When I ordered, their website stated 24 to 48 hours dispatch time, but they changed the wording twice on the website AFTER my enquiry to reflect a larger delay. It took nearly three weeks just to receive the shoes and did not arrive in time for what I had purchased them for. The customer service person couldn't have cared less if she tried. I would never purchase from this store again.

Ordered shoes for a Christmas present and unfortunately they didn’t fit. Returned as per their return policy - signed for. No refund; and they haven’t responded to any of my emails. Would not recommend pitching from here! We are now out of pocket and down a Christmas present.

Terrible customer service. First time ordering a Keds through the website. Shoe came and had a huge stain on it. They advised me to return it and that they would pay for return shipping. A few days later, upon reviewing my credit card statement, they refunded me the amount but not the return shipping, essentially shortchanging me. Called back and told them the issue. No apology received and the lady on the other side of the phone was cold and abrupt. Never again will I be ordering from them again!

In augustus twee paar sneakers besteld en betaald, nog steeds niets ontvangen. Er wordt niet gereageerd op berichten via het contactformulier of mail. Op een andere wijze zijn ze niet bereikbaar

Es una estafa.
Lo reclamaré via judicial.
No compreis en Keds España es fake.
Compré dos botas, a la hora de pagar me redirigen a otro canal, me han estafado.

SCAM!! they sent me a scarf instead of my keds and they promised me a refund but it never happened. They didn't reply my emails anymore. I reported the website on google and for the official keds website, but unfortunately the website is still online.

Auf keinen Fall bei Keds Schweiz bestellen, X e-mails geschrieben, Ware bezahlt aber warte seit 3 Monaten darauf!!!

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from Keds España on 1st July 2022. The money was taken from my UK bank account on July 6th by a company called ATOMICFOTOFUN. I was informed at the time of purchase to allow 15 working days for delivery. The only form of contact is via an email. I have sent two. No replies. I tried to speak with the UK shop. No phone number. I am about to report this to my bank as fraud and to ring the HQ in the USA to let them know what is being done under the KEDS name.

LATE. Paid extra - and not delivered! Stay away from them!
