I bought two pair of (same style - different color) Final Sale shoes 18 months ago - to put away for when I needed them. Took one pair out this week and tried to wear them. Bottoms are still dirt free and I had them on for a couple of hours. Both my feet were seriously injured . . . cut, bruised and swollen on insteps and heels. Contacted customer service (called and emailed) and was told by all parties the best they could do was offer a ten dollar credit. I've work Keds for more than forty years and I've never had a problem.....and I told them so. They could have cared less, and more disappointing is that they had nothing to say about any concern for customer safety or satisfaction given my circumstances. I will not be wearing Keds anymore.

I ordered a pair of the Center III Leather Lace up shoes in late May 2026. I’ve worn these shoes maybe 15 times or less, on one shoe the seam is pulling apart around the toe box area. I sent pictures to Keds Customer Service, they were sorry to see that seam had come apart but it had been over 30 days!!! So they gave me a ten dollar refund!! These shoes are trash I can’t wear them. Such poor quality and poor customer service. I have worn Keds until I couldn’t buy them in a shoe store anymore, the quality was much better back then. Finally ordered some online from them and this is how they take care of loyal customers—NEVER AGAIN! Terrible experience and lousy shoes!!!!!!!

I did not get my shoes and called and they had the most wonderful customer service! They took time to find out that I was using a flash sale and made sure I got that discount again. I was so impressed with the quality of my service! Will always buy from them!

Bought a pair of Keds. I should have known better. The shoes were way to narrow as most American shoes. American shoe manufacturers make all their shoes to narrow. They are crippling feet. So I need to return them. Keds charges you shipping to your house $5.00 BUT return shipping they deduct $7.95 from your return. 😡😡😡. Will never buy from them again . Their shoes are subpar anyways.

I bought keds for only 50usd. It's my everyday shoes I wear during school. I love the simplicity of all the shoes, that is what I'm looking for a brand. The quality of the shoes too is excellent. I've had one that i bought in year 2024, and it's still new as I bought it.

I love the unique design of every shoe. Also the quality is really really good! I have my first shoe which I bought in the mall. That shoes is my everyday shoe. Up until now, it's still amazingly good without any trace of strips, etc. LOVE THIS BRAND NOW!

Buyer beware, shipped the wrong product can't reach support and they charge for returns.

Terrible, will avoid this brand at all cost.

I have several pairs of keds sneakers
I recently worn a new pair of keds white canvas wi blue trim and front got wet. I stepped in a small puddle The blue dye leaked all over the white part can let me why and give me compensation

Bad customer service. Make sure you see shoes IRL before purchasing from here. Anything on sale is no refundable!! Might be legal but very mean. I will never buy from here again.

Very disappointed in their customer service. Made a purchase late one evening and saw the next morning they were on sale. Asked for a refund of the difference between the prices. They would not/could not price adjust to match their own price. Given the hassle of a return plus their $7.95 return fee, you're kind of stuck. I feel like almost any other national retailer would happily make the adjustment. Oh well, I will wear their shoes but won't order from them online again. Left a bad taste.

POOR QUALITY! The leather is scuffed and puckered. The seams are NOT symmetrical on both shoes! AND they charge you for the return!!! NEVER AGAIN! Keds careless labor and unfair return policies lost my business forever.

More than a month waiting for my Santa gift and the second time they sent me the wrong sneakers. I'm very disappointed.

I love how comfortable the shoes are, and they boost my confidence every time I wear them.

They mail out defective shoes and make you pay shipping to return them. Almost no one charges shipping for returns nowadays, especially giant companies. They also don't stand behind their products. My replacement pair was also defective and started coming apart after just a few months. I was able to trick their customer service reps into telling me that Keds only guarantees their shoes will last for one month (during the 30 day return period). They do not guarantee the quality of their products in 2025 and multiple customer service reps told me that.

Kedsdeutschland is fake! There is no customer service or order control. I paid 80€ for two shoos and wait for them for two months 🤬

I ordered the white Ked court shoe. They run true to size but I wore Keds back in my middle school days. These are leather , run very true to size ! I’m wearing them for the 1st time this evening for dinner. I wouldn’t say they are a comfy sole or support like an athletic shoes, I’ve had them on for an hour. But they arrived in about a week. My purchase is to wear them with capris in the spring and summer.

I had pay on 30th December 2024.But the shoes delivered on 24th January 2025 5.55a.m. ,haven’t received and also don’t snap the photo the parcel’s is delivered

I am having the same experience as others with defective shoes and the $7.95 return deduction. At first I felt these sale shoes were not worth returning but I may as well take the hit and get a few cents back. Keds may make cute shoes but the quality now does not match the price nor sale price. They are unwearable. They should be sold as seconds at a give-a-way price.

They send damaged shoes and then make you pay to return them. In my view that’s a scam. Never purchasing from them again.
