Athena 1800 arrived in perfect condition. Very good packaging. Very good build guide on their YT. They also swapped the PCB to ISO-Enter and split-shift Layout on request! LCD-Screen on the Athena has very good FPS and quality. The Screen and LED can also easily be configured using keyboard controls and simple drag and drop uploads. Anazing customer service, always answering my questions in less then a day.

A perfect Keyboard for those looking for a 95%.

Order experience and customisation options when I bought my keyboard were great - the option to configure the board to be UK ISO friendly is always a welcome extra.

Honestly absolutely amazing I don’t even know where to start first was finding about kbdfans though alexotos props to him made the keyboard shine (tofu65 3.0) instantly knew that kbdfans had my dream board clean minimal but has character which makes it so great but the best part is the customer support from Jean especially he’s helped me countless times these past few weeks with my orders and questions I had and quick to respond and and always answered my questions greatest customer support I’ve ever seen hope you guys keep growing and Jean deserves a award he really shows that kbdfans treats all their customers like family and will be there to help !!!! I accidentally ordered a kit in the wrong colour. Fear not Jean is a legend. I asked if he could change the colour since its the same price. BOOM instant response. Yes changed to dark blue anything else? Truly a god walking amongst men. Thank you Jean

Ordered ready to use Dusk67 keyboard and took 4 business days for it to arrive. I am pleased with my keyboard and love the thocky sound it produces. The wooden case, wrist rest, keycaps and switches all feel quality and I think it's worth the price.

Excellent service. I described my problem, offered support via chat, and in the end, they decided to ship me a new PCB as it had a faulty socket key.

Absolutely love the case that came in, was waiting for my switches when they got lost in transit, emailed backed and forth about it and they were super helpful got me a replacement same day, and if the lost package does arrive told me to keep, super amazing team, loving the effort will 100% be buying from KBDfans again.

Ordered a set of keycaps advertised as a "black base." When they arrived it became clear they were more of a gunmetal grey.

Customer service refused to provide any assistance. I was literally told "I'm sorry, I don't know what kind of black you mean by 'black'." Wild. Don't buy from these folks.

Their customer service is on point and top notch.

I ordered Agar Barebone kit and received it on May 16th 2026. I opened the package and saw that it contained a box labelled "Agar". I thought everything was included and did not bother for two weeks until May 30th when I decided to assemble the keyboard. That is when I realized that i did not have the PCB or the plate.

I contacted their customer service on discord. Jennifer asked a few verification questions and asked for the package with the label (which I do not have anymore) or an unboxing video (which i did not take). Despite that, Jennifer and KBDFans is sending me all the remaining accessories for free and I only have to pay the shipping.

That kind of fast and amazing customer service is a rarity these days.

Just want to reiterate that I contacted them two weeks after I received the package, and did not have any clear evidence to prove that I did not receive the accessories, they still offered to make it right.

I will forever be a fan of KBDfans from this day on.

In genere noi usiamo Trustpilot per rilasciare recensioni negative, come una sorta di dispetto per aver subito un trattamento, a proprio giudizio, insoddisfacente. Purtroppo questo avviene anche quando il consumatore ha torto ma pretende di avere ragione e in quel caso non si può fare nulla. Però possiamo fare qualcosa: anziché ricordarci di Trustpilot solo quando siamo insoddisfatti da un servizio, ricordiamocene anche quando ne siamo soddisfatti, come in questo caso.
L'estate scorsa acquistai per la prima volta da questo store, le aspettative erano alte per via del prezzo che pagai per il prodotto e vennero soddisfatte. Qualità dei materiali, accessori e strumenti curati nei minimi particolari. Sembrava di acquistare un prodotto da IKEA.
Soddisfatto dal loro shop, qualche giorno fa ho effettuato nuovamente un acquisto.
Cosa è successo? Sul sito, il giorno dopo il mio acquisto, il prezzo dell'articolo è passato da 65$ a 52$; mi sono sentito tra lo sfortunato e l'ingannato (stavo seguendo l'articolo da diverso tempo e proprio quando ho deciso di acquistarlo hanno abbassato il prezzo?).
Ho contattato il servizio clienti spiegandogli che avevo appena effettuato l'acquisto di un prodotto e il giorno dopo quel prodotto era sceso di prezzo e mi sentivo trattato ingiustamente. Non avevano nessun obbligo nei miei confronti, purtroppo il tempismo è stato cinico.
Stamattina ricevo una mail da parte del servizio clienti che mi dice (la traduco in italiano): "Salve. Abbiamo rimborsato la differenza, per favore controlli le mail. Grazie" e insieme a questa mail, nella casella di posta c'era anche quella di Paypal che mi informava di un rimborso parziale. Che altro aggiungere.. Sono stati impeccabili e stiamo parlando di uno store cinese, non per essere cattivo ma acquisto dalla Cina da oltre 10 anni e nella cultura cinese non esiste "il cliente ha sempre ragione", una volta acquistato, chi si è visto si è visto, sono pochissimi i venditori che prestano attenzione al cliente, KBD è uno di loro.
Mi riservo di complimentarmi ancora una volta con la loro onestà, professionalità e attenzione al cliente, una peculiarità più unica che rara purtroppo nel mondo dello shopping.

Really happy with my keyboard kit. It came a lot sooner than I expected and was very affordable for the quality provided. Also, the Typeplus x YIKB stabilisers are probably the best I've ever owned even though I haven't modded them at all. Shipping was also a lot cheaper than I expected! Overall, I'm very happy with my experience, and will definitely be buying from KBDFans again.

Purchased an Athena 1800 keyboard for my next build. The PCB sadly arrived damaged. But KBDFans’ customer service team not only sent me a new one for free, they tested the PCB before sending it and sent me a video of the test. That extra piece of mind meant a lot to me, given the shipping times from China to the US can get lengthy. New PCB arrived within a week, and the keyboard is now doing great!

I static shocked my custom keyboard about 6 months after building it since I live in a dry area during winter, which ended up completely frying the middle row of my pcb.
So I reached out to customer support and showed them the issue and they are sending out a free replacement pcb!
Super quick customer service, very kind and friendly and he knew what he was talking about.
