If I could give it a 0 it would be a 0. NEVER buy from them EVER. It’s fake and the customer service is horrible and they try to bribe u with a refund when u realize what they sell is fake but then they never end up giving the refund. Such immature workers and nothing they sell is real and it’s all horrible quality and it doesn’t even look remotely similar to the pictures on the website

Extremely frustrating. I placed one order, but received it in several random parts days apart. The worst part is that the first box didn't include any packing slip or explanation, so I initially thought my order was incomplete. I spent time stressed and contacting customer service, only to have another box show up later. Poorly executed and communication was zero.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE! They sent me FAKE smiskis and when I complained they said I could either pay for the shipping to return them myself or they “generously” offered 30% in return. For fake items!!! Completely disgusting behaviour.

I purchased a Sonny Angel from KawaiiSphere and what I received was clearly a fake. The packaging, print quality, and overall item were nothing like an authentic Sonny Angel. When I contacted the company, they claimed they were "unaware" of the issue — even though many others have experienced the exact same thing. Just search Reddit and you’ll see dozens of posts warning others about fake Sonny Angels and poor customer service from this store.

They offered me only a 50% refund and told me I could keep the fake item. When I asked for a full refund, they claimed they were "unable to offer more than 50% without a return due to accounting and tax regulations." This is misleading — there is no legal or tax-related reason they can’t issue a full refund. It’s simply their internal policy, which they hide behind vague excuses.

They also told me that I could get a full refund if I shipped the item back — at my own expense — to the UK, even though the item is fake and shouldn't need to be returned at all. Many reputable companies would offer a full refund or cover the return shipping in such a case, but not this one.

This company is knowingly selling fake products, dodging accountability, and manipulating their public image by hiding negative reviews. I strongly advise you to avoid KawaiiSphere at all costs and only buy collectible figures like Sonny Angels from trusted, verified retailers.

I’m writing this to help others avoid falling into the same trap. I wish I had seen a review like this before I placed my order.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. They took ages to arrive, and when they did the boxes were all crushed. Upon opening them, I was SHOCKED at what I had received. These are completely fake and bad fakes at that. The website does not state that these are fake or inspired, which is deceitful not to mention ILLEGAL. The paint jobs are awful, the eyes aren't even in the right place, they are so cheaply made and one of them even had its head detached. The customer service is terrible, they try offering 30% refund, or YOU have to pay to return them! Which costs more than what the actual items themselves cost! They have dodgy return addresses, it's not even a real address. Avoid this company at all costs

The above was my original review. They contacted me and offered me a full refund if I removed my review, which I did in order to get my money back. Now I have that, I’m reposting this to warn others :) this company are rotten deceitful thieves. AVOID

I had a terrible experience with Kawaiisphere. I ordered what was advertised as official merchandise, but what I received was clearly a cheap counterfeit. The quality was awful and nothing like the product photos. When I reached out to customer service, they were unhelpful and only offered a partial refund — despite the fact that they sent me a fake item.

This is completely unacceptable. Selling counterfeit products is dishonest, and refusing to take full responsibility shows a complete lack of integrity. I would strongly advise others to stay away from this site. Don’t waste your money here.

I ordered what was advertised as a genuine Sonny Angel figure but received a clear counterfeit. The quality was poor: crooked paint, glossy beige skin tone, and cheap-looking materials—nothing like the original figures. I paid more than retail thinking I was getting a real product, but it turned out to be fake.

When I reached out to customer service, they admitted it was a rare issue and offered me a partial refund or the option to return it at my own cost—international shipping that would cost more than the item itself. They refused a full refund unless I returned the fake item, even after being made aware of the issue.

Since then, I’ve come across many others on Reddit and TikTok with the exact same experience. At this point, it’s clear this is not an isolated issue. I now believe all of their Sonny Angel products are counterfeit. Selling fake goods while advertising them as original is not only unethical, it’s illegal. It also violates consumer protection laws.

If you’ve been affected, I strongly recommend disputing the charge with your bank and reporting KawaiiSphere to the FTC (ftc.gov). Consumers deserve better than this.

Really unimpressed with this website that I purchased 3 hippers and all are fake! 30 aud per item if you’re selling fake items at least drop the price and make it KNOWN that they are NOT authentic

I ordered Sonny Angels from this website. The items sent were poor quality fakes. They had poor paint jobs, faces that were not part of the body mould and they did not have any branding information on their feet as per real ones. They wanted to give me a partial refund to keep these dreadful looking fakes. I posted them back to the supplier’s address as listed on the parcel (in Sydney) at my expense as the supplier wouldn’t cover the cost. They said I had to pay to ship them to London (postage is more than the value of the items). They said they won’t refund my money unless they are sent to London, but the supplier has them. I have provided proof of postage etc. Criminals and scammers. If you get in touch with your credit card provider and give details they should do a charge back for you - unfortunately the only way to get all your money back from these people…

Terrible. Got fake Sony Angels even though they said it was authentic. You can tell that the packaging was poorly printed as well as the plastic seal. Some parts of the Sony angel also came detached like the head.

Contacted customer support for a full refund and they said that I can have 30% for my next order. 30% OFF??? Are you kidding me.

Edit: reported to Trading Standards and got my refund there. Not even through the company.

I had made the mistake to trust this website due to their low prices and bundle deals. I bought 3 Smiski collectible figures for £24 (would have been £36 worth of product without the bundle deal), and I was told they would be with be within a week. This estimate was wrong, and I was unable to track my order unlike what I was told. Upon delivery, I was extremely upset to find out that these are NOT genuine Smiski figures. I am very disappointed in this as I thought I had found a good deal as these can be quite pricey, but the quality is shocking. Please do not make the same mistake I did and make sure to get your figures from a trusted site.

They sent out obvious fakes no copyright written on them and they were completely different colours and then had the gall to send a 20% off coupon with them. My boyfriend got these for me as a gift and didn’t see the reviews before hand. Instead of the coupon if you want to do something for your customers send out the originals instead. Can’t believe it what a joke. Shame on you

Fake products!! I have just received my order and am gutted that the sonny angels and smiski figures were all fake! It doesn’t specify anywhere on the website that these are not genuine products. Feel very disappointed and let down - DO NOT BUY if you are wanting genuine figures.

Ordered on 6/19 and they posted "tracking" but it has not been updated EVER. Reached out to customer support and they just keep saying it's in transit. It is not. It is now 7/7. They will not give me a refund which I have requested more than once. DON'T USE THEM PLEASE.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE - Fake ... This company sells fakes - I purchased Sonny Angels -and they are fakes BUT charged full price - offered me a 30% refund ! If I want a full refund I have to send the fakes back to an UK address - even though the package did not get shipped from the UK !!!

EDIT - After many emails they promised me a full refund but again lied - PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY - they are frauds !!!!

The products are FAKE. Bought 3 Smiski Hippers series. The color is soo off, the faces and accessories are really badly printed. Please do not buy from this website!!

FAKE! FAKE!! Do NOT buy!! I ordered from KawaiiSphere and then looked on trustpilot and saw they sell fake items. I asked for a refund and they refused to give me a full refund. I hoped that the reviews were wrong but I just opened every Sonny Angel and they were all FAKE!!

I ordered three Smiski blind boxes and two arrived already opened??? Defeat the whole purpose of a blind box?? lol. It was obvious they resold me the fake products another customer didnt want and had returned :))

I contacted them requesting a full refund and The "Head of After-Sales Service - Emma" initially told me to return the items to France at my own cost or accept a 30% refund. I explained that expecting the customer to pay return shipping for defective items is unreasonable and against consumer protection standards, especially when return costs exceed the product value.

After some back-and-forth, they increased the offer to a 50% refund while letting me keep the items, giving excuses that a full refund without the return of the merchandise cannot be considered due to strict accounting and tax regulations. I am obviously not paying to return counterfeit and fake products neither am I accepting a 50% refund…

I searched online and was shocked to find many others had the same experience. Their scam tactics are basically first offering you 30% refunds then 50% later after further arguements, but never a 100% refund. I have reported them to Trading Standards.

They’ll reach out via email after seeing your negative review here and suddenly is able to offer a full refund if I remove my review :) convenient, right? Honestly, don’t waste your time. Just go straight to your bank and file a chargeback. That’s how I got my full refund.

I ordered three Sony angels and one was going to be free so I’m like that’s such a good deal so I ordered it. It two almost two weeks too come yet in there website it said fast shipping. My order arrived yesterday, when I opened them the boxes were smashed and the Sony angels heads were off and they were so dirty and absolute fakes. And one of the Sony angels feet were completely gone. I have sent them multiple emails and they are not willing to give me the full refund.

Fake Sonny Angels!! Spent a lot of money and my child is now very disappointed. Very wrong and scamming people is definitely not right!!!
This company has also offered me a 50 % refund then when I accepted they changed it to 30% and asked for pictures of the fake product. A complete crook company. Should be reported to police.

They have now emailed telling me to remove the review and offering me money incentives. I will now report them on Trading standards.
