Servicio al cliente de lo peor, chedraui tiene mejor atencion al cliente cuando gastas 200 pesos en linea, y aqui estoy tratando de gastar 250 mil. Mienten por telefono sobre el financiamiento para venderte, te quieren meter seguros que cuestan muchisimo mas que por afuera. La IA te llama, pides hablar con un asesor real y te cuelga, mucho tiempo malgastado. Yo termine comprando en un agencia normal que. Te dejan colgado a media conversacion por whatsapp sin contestar cosas basicas.

Horrible experience in Dubai -- booked the car for a fee online, then we checked the car with the expert -- it totally does NOT correspond to site’s description: on site reported accident and repaint free — indeed car appeared to have the accident and was re-painted. They cheat the buyers - you have to re-check the cars carefully with your own specialist. For the second week I cannot get the refund back — they are just NOT answering !! Acting like a cheap fraud -- attitude I would never expect from such a company

Sin embargo la atención de todo el personal la legalidad y transparencia de la documentación y que te garantizan que estás comprando un buen auto es lo que vale la pena

Pero lo único malo, los requisitos para venderles el que es a cambio, pues tiene que ser re facturado a sus condiciones, aunque uno no se dedique a la veta de autos, esto como clientes nos pone en una situación complicada en el SAT.

Cuentan con elementos que son atentos, empaticos y amables, así como los autos que tienen en buen estado y precio

My experience with Kavak was great, so great that I am reviewing again within a fortnight to say how happy I am.
The follow-ups, responses provided, arrangements made were all seamless and on perfection. I could see the professionalism from the front office and way in, Ms. Jerimy and Ms. Rogine Collo especially were too good and kept me updated of all the proceedings. I was never in dark. Mr. Vinoth who was my focal point was technically superb and followed with all my technical clarifications and was with me until the bookings and handing over formalities were completed. Kavak me da confianza al comprar un auto por la inspección detallada que realizan - mecánica, estética y legal. Es la segunda compra que realizo mediante intercambio de autos y los autos que he adquirido funcionan súper bien!

Me agrada que se tiene un sistema seguro y muy bien organizado y por pasos, si llevas toda la documentación en orden, es muy rápido el proceso.

Yo creo que se han adaptado al mercado y a las necesidades de sus clientes ya que muchas veces no se trata de pagar ni de cuento lo importante es atender la necesidad

La certeza de que el auto que compras no tiene problemas legales, además que tienes garantía y la puedes extender por más tiempo.

En Kavak tienes la garantía de autos seguros y confiables. Aquí no hay sorpresas desagradables y tanto el servicio como la atención de su personal es increíble.

Very bad experience with them
My experience with KAVAK has been the worst ever. The purchase process took more than a month and a half. The finance representative had no idea about the process. They even forgot to include the engine number on the invoice, which delayed the bank procedure. After finally getting the LPO, it turned out they hadn’t released the old mortgage on the car, causing another three-day delay. Until now, I haven’t received the car. I do not recommend anyone to deal with them — very poor service and not up to the standards of the UAE market.
