I love ordering from Kapow toys. They always seem to get Highly sort after items in which is fantastic for collectors.

Customer service is always great too, I feel very confident ordering from them knowing that if I do come across a problem with an order they will be there to sort it out with no hassle at all and not to mention very quickly.

I also have to mention the fact that this morning I placed an order and within less than an hour the item was shipped, that’s fantastic!

Bought several items with several more still on pre-order and they've been a pleasure to deal with. They operate in a field that's far from easy- it's been an incredibly difficult period recently, obviously, for a business that relies on products travelling across the seas and then being distributed by them during risky and restricted periods- but even outside that, they obviously always have to deal with an incredibly 'passionate' customer base and manufacturers and destributors that often don't make supplying their products the easiest task. Nonetheless, at Kapow, they clearly work with enthusiasm and a cheerful, helpful level of communication and customer service. A business that seems to be run by fans, for fans that genuinely seems to appreciate it's community.
As far as practicality goes: items are well packed, sent safely and postage is honest- and, as well as current releases and pre-orders, they seem to get hold of some more difficult to source or previously sold out stock now and then, too; without marking up any unreasonable extra profit.
If I had more income, I'd be giving them even more business, because Kapow's been really appreciated by me!

I have only ordered a few items from Kapow in 2020 but every order was easy and dispatched quickly without issue. Good level of stock, they have a very good selection available too. All of my figures arrived safe and sound without damage.

What can I say? Ordered an item cheaper than elsewhere on Wednesday morning and received it, well packaged, on Thursday!

I was recently looking for a three zero 1/6 Rambo figure & came across one at a great price at Kapow Toys. Straight from the start, the site is a joy to scroll through with a huge array of collectable figures & once purchased, the shipping & follow up customer service was exceptional.

In wanting some additional follow up information on my product, I was fortunate to speak to Mat Robinson, who's knowledge & expertise in 1/6 figures was awesome & so I will definitely be purchasing from Kapow Toys again.

If your looking for a great deal, professional advice & both fast & safe shipping, then Kapow Toys should be on your list for sure.

First time buying from Kapow and done so during the pandemic just a few days before Christmas. My item to my surprise arrived before Christmas so exceeded my expectations with fast delivery. Item came sealed and protected properly. Can’t fault it 10/10 would recommend to other black series collectors.

I have been shopping with kapow for several years now I've never had any problems, had a small issue recently and I emailed them and got a quick response and the issue was sorted straight away by mat and my item was despatched straight away, I would highly recommend kapow as you will receive excellent service and if there's any small issues they will resolve it. Great company.

I was looking around for a while and finally found Kapowtoys. This is a great place for collectors. Neca, super7, diamondselect and many more it’s all there. Their products are official and very real. No bootleg rubbish here.

Initially I was going to try my luck with another online service but I’m glad I didn’t. Most of the stuff on there of this type would come from multiple Chinese sellers and would most likely be cheap rubbish copies and for very similar money that you would pay for official products from Kapowtoys.

If your like me and have trouble trusting certain sites don’t look any further. Kapowtoys are legit.

My only issue now is where do I go if kapowtoys don’t have the stock. The search continues.

I came across Kapow Toys when I learnt Neca are releasing Brody and quint from Jaws figures. Whilst searching where I could pre-order them I came across kapow toys. They are one of the cheapest on the web and I was happy to order through them based on their scores here on trust pilot.

So ive pre-ordered the 2 jaws figures, paid my deposit on both figures and now look forward to their release in November. Whilst also looking through their website I come across a pretty decent deal on 3 new Neca Alien figures, these include Brett, Parker and bloody Alien. As a Neca Aliens collector I pre-order those aswell.

However this is when my issues started....

Neca has released a statement that they couldn't secure the likeness to Roy schnieder (Brody) and his figure will not be made or released. Kapow toys are still advertising Brody for pre-order, so i emailed Kapow saying that Brody isn't being released do i get a refund on my payment when i pre-order? In fairness kapow toys got back to me within 24 hours and said they will look into it. Quint has been moved from a November release to a January release, so i guess we will see. However they are still advertising Brody for pre-order and I haven't heard anything since.

My 2nd issue i had with Kapow toys:

Like I said I pre-ordered the 3 40th anniversary Alien figures. I received an email from kapow asking me to pay the rest of the deposit a couple of days before their July release, I paid straight away through PayPal. After reading on trust pilot and their own website that they deliver basicly the next day I thought I'll receive these figures within a few days. I paid for these figures in July....i only just received these figures last week (end of September). So a MASSIVE delay.

Like i said i have found Kapow customer service to be good. When you email them you do get an email back within 24 hours. I emailed all my details and order numbers to kapow to see where my Alien figures are. I was told that my PayPal payment was received but it wasn't relayed to them. They then told me that my figures would be posted the same day and that they were sorry for the delay. I thought that's OK mistakes happen.

2 weeks go by and my Alien figures still haven't arrived, I email Kapow again, and then suddenly I get emails telling me my figures have been dispatched and I will receive them tomorrow. They did arrive the next day and were packaged great. So I guess they forgot to send them out when they said they would.

So really my dealings with Kapow Toys have been a bit of a mix bag. Their customer service has been good, ive still got my jaws figures pre-ordered through them, even though one won't be released, so i guess we will see if I get a refund or a discount on the quint figure.

Would I order from KapowToys again...?
Short answer yes, but only if its something I would struggle to find elsewhere.

Love using this place. Orders all my black series from here also ordered my 1st hot toy which arrived super fast and was securely packaged, no problems at all this far. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

I have bought several items from Kapow and I have to say I have never really had any trouble with this company. Pre Order's have mostly been quite smooth,. My only Critique would be to communication. I recently have been chasing up a pre order I have open to find out the status of it. I do not hold Kapow to blame for any delays at all don't get me wrong, I have been using Kapow as my Go to for a while now to buy Star Wars Figures. However as there was delays in one of my Pre order's I wasn't actually aware until I actually emailed them. I would of liked to have been informed about this delay at least by some sort of auto response from an email. I can't remember if I signed for News Letters but I don't know if that covers that sort of thing. Otherwise I'm a satisfied customer but for a few issues recently. Staff are quite friendly and polite.

Ordered Ghostbusters Plasma Series Neutrona Wand for next day delivery, having just cancelled Zavvi and Amazon orders for the same product, both of which said they wouldn't be able to deliver for a further 2 weeks, despite having preordered months ago. Received my wand within 24 hours of order and at a lower price than Amazon and Zavvi. Can't fault Kapow - will defo be buying more from them. Thanks guys!

Always buy my son’s Transformers from here. Preorder mostly. Never had a single issue.

I have only used Kapow a few times online, when I'm at TFN I spend a bit more time shopping with them and even then their really friendly people, but the only thing I can't get my head around is the release system, as some items don't release with their schedule as I'm waiting for skipjack to release so I can finish SS devastator but I guest it makes completing him worth the wait

Absolutely fantastic! These guys are awesome, was my first order and definitely not the last!
I ordered a Neca lasershot Predator, on a Friday and arrived on Monday, arrived very fast and well packaged, these guys are really nice/friendly/fast response/ and have a really great selection and very competitive prices, I would much rather support these guys than any of the corporate conglomerates out there.
After getting hit withfake NECA from eBay/amazon and whatnot for I was hesitant to order from other places, and would've of only ordered from places such as forbidden planet and Zavvi which really jack up the price and don't have a very good selection.
So I am really glad to have found a smaller company/group of passionate people who are doing something so awesome right here in regards to their selection,their prices and providing genuine goods and genuinely good service.
An absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish.
