Everything went smoothly arrived quite fast they checked outfit with me on watts app before delivery

I ordered surprise gift for my wife on our anniversary. My order was tailor made. Their customer service was amazing, they helped me with dress sizing and in the end a perfect gift was delivered.

Before decided timelines got the delivery, perfect combo of services and elegant design coupled with stitching.

The stitching of arms was lose from the top and then it was tight creating bubbles around the arm hole

Kanwal Malik is definitely a beautiful and well-known name in Pakistani fashion. Their designs are elegant, feminine and beautifully detailed, especially when it comes to formal and bridal wear. The embroidery and overall presentation of the outfits can be really impressive, and many of their designs have a very distinctive, luxurious feel.

However, I feel there is room for improvement in customer service, communication and delivery timelines. Recent customer feedback appears quite mixed, with some customers praising the quality and designs while others have raised concerns about delays, stitching and finishing.

Overall, Kanwal Malik has a strong design identity and beautiful collections, but consistency in quality, fitting and customer experience would make the brand even stronger.

Service was good

The website said that the shipping time is 6 weeks for the suit I ordered. I specifically messaged the whatsapp account and told them my order number and said I need the order delivered to me by August 18th. I constantly messaged the WhatsApp number and they would tell me the same thing again and again and put it off. The suit shipped after 10 weeks and I still have not received it yet. I will definitely never order from this company again.

Extremely extremely bad service,would never recommend

Ordered my Nikkah outfit from here. Delayed it by 2 months. Poor communication. Stitching was all wrong so had to send privately to get fixed by tailor. They said they would speak to the team and they have been saying this for months now with no resolution. I also had to pay over £300 in tax when they shipped the parcel. My 3k bridal lengha didn’t even cost any tax. Would not recommend at all.

The absolutely WORST brand to order from - avoid like the plague. No update and order didn’t arrive. Incorrect information, timelines not adhered to and now currently chasing a refund which i know is going to be a nightmare. Awful customer service who repeatedly lie. I am left with no outfits on the wedding day

The delivery was fast. However, the clothes were ill fitting. The shoulders are tight and the rest of the outfit is too loose. Some of the threads and designs are loose and coming off. The biggest issue I have is with the fitting od the clothes. I don’t think I will be able to wear it. Will have to check to see if I can get it fixed.

They acknowledge and sort out customer complaints. They have very good customer service. Professional team .

From the time i had sent my order i had made it very clear by when i would require by outfit. The website states 4-5 weeks however that is not the case it actually takes 5-6 weeks. Despite the outfit colour stating lilac the picture advertised is not lilac. i was sent photos at about 6 weeks and the neckline was totally different to the picture, so i instructed that this needed to be changed as that was the attractive part of the outfit. When the outfit finally arrived it was neither a medium nor a large in comparison to the measurements guideline they provide. My only fault i should have ordered a medium. The shirt is missing sequences the dupatta is missing sequence. i have had to pay to have alterations. What is worse of all its cheap material. i already have pulled / stretched marks on the back of the shirt i havent even worn it yet. I will never order from you again.

I ordered my suit 8 weeks before my occasion, by the start of 8th week i did not receive any news about 2 dresses costing Rs. 224000, i keep emailing them n msging them they said dresses are getting ready , i called them again n again, videos of dresses they send showed all wrong measurements as we customised dresses, we did not ask them to alter as we wanted dresses coz we approved our occasion day, when in 9th week we got dresses the quality was rubbish , the work was worse then replicas, shame on this brand , prices , timings and quality of work. Never buy from this brand .

I wanted to share some feedback regarding my experience. Firstly, I appreciate the time and effort that goes into designing and creating the outfit, and I value the craftsmanship involved.

However, I do feel that customer requirements and specific requests should be given more attention. I had clearly requested the lining to be done in a particular way, but I noticed that this was not followed correctly. When customers provide specific details, it is important that these are carefully considered rather than changes being made according to the designer’s preference.

I understand that designers have their own creative vision, but the customer’s expectations and requested adjustments should also be respected, especially when they have been communicated clearly.

I have not yet received the outfit, so I am hoping that the final result will still be beautiful and that it meets my expectations. I look forward to receiving it and hope it will be a good first experience.
