Got some dresses made from here and it was a good experience. Ms Saba is very professional she accommodated us so well and guided us thoroughly. We received our dresses on time as well.

I absolutely loved my experience at kanwal malik. I got two dresses made which were both very pretty. I had some fitting issues twice but the whole team was very compliant especially Saba who made sure that I was satisfied with my dresses.

Very disappointing experience — I would not recommend

I had a very disappointing experience with Kanwal Malik. Before placing my order, I specifically asked multiple times whether my outfits would be delivered on time, as the delivery date was important to me. Despite receiving reassurance, the order did not arrive when promised.

Unfortunately, the issues didn’t stop there. The package arrived in an open/damaged-looking box, which was already concerning. Once I actually received the outfits, I was extremely disappointed with the quality. The material felt cheap, and the embellishment/work started coming off almost immediately.

The fitting was also extremely poor. The sleeves and pants did not fit properly, and the tops had very unflattering and poorly executed fittings. This wasn’t simply a matter of needing minor alterations — the construction and fitting were so poor that the outfits looked odd when worn.

They had free shipping being offered, and I placed an order for four outfits, yet no free shipping was provided.

What was most disappointing, however, was the lack of accountability when I raised my concerns. I expected a designer to stand behind the quality and workmanship of their clothing and, at the very least, make an effort to resolve the issues. Instead, I felt that my concerns were dismissed rather than properly addressed.

For the amount of money spent, I expected significantly better quality, workmanship, communication, and customer service.

Please save your money and carefully consider other designers who will stand behind their work, make clothing with decent-quality materials and workmanship, and take responsibility when something is not made correctly. Unfortunately, this was not the experience I had with Kanwal Malik Designer.

I had a truly wonderful experience with KM team. From placing the order to asking for a modest customized version of their " haniya" outfit to getting the dress at my home in time, it was a fantastic n seamless experience. The outfit is absolutely stunning, fabric and embroidery better than expected and stitching well done ( they sent me videos of every measurement detail before dispatching). Throughout Mr.Moosa and Mr. Tariq were very helpful. Highly recommended 👌

The fabric everything

My dress was ordered in July and it got shipped super late. I paid the duty on it and it got lost with DHL. It’s now in South America at the incorrect facility and when I told KM team there argued with me that on their end it’s been dispatched. They wouldn’t accommodate a replacement. The season has passed. I was waiting a long time and I guess now I’ll have to dispute it with my credit card company since they couldn’t offer a swift resolution. I would have appreciated acknowledging that it’s lost and having a replacement but it’s been difficult and now it’s changed to colder season here in the U.S. summer is ending. Shame really. Too bad.

Its my first time to shop at kanwal malik but i have heard alot before ,My first purchase is delivered and happy to have it everthing is so perfect except the photo of the article that i didn’t found in the box because it was an unstitched article amd i need it for tailour but no issues , now iam waiting for other 2 dresses and i hope they are too good as iam expecting. Thank you!

The gown was a long length and trousers very long too . Pink was much lighter than that shown on picture

Suit arrived in excellent condition

The sari’s main look was a red border that showed at the top, which is why it was chosen. The product sent to us does not have the border from the picture :(. Not as advertised and it was a very expensive purchase

Got my delivery before time for a cousins wedding, great customer support throughout as i had it tailored accordingly to my specifications, the customer support team was always on toes for every single small detail like stitches on the buttons even, very meticulously on detail. Could get carried away but usually no other brand has this much attention to detail

Not very good , poor management team , delayed & incomplete order.
However, the clothes quality was good. But couldn’t wear it on the event because it was late delivered, so no use.
