Easy to book, good price, engineer called half an hour before arriving, and arrived in timeslot. A good experience overall, would use again.

Quick boiler service
I was able to arrange a boiler service and inspection at short notice and the process was simple online. The engineer arrived promptly, located and fixed a leak efficiently and carried out all work to a high standard. Very pleased with the service.

Safety check
Good reliable service booked on line had an email straight away confirming my appointment and a call from the engineer when he was on his way invoice followed promptly as was the certificate definitely use again

Good, experienced and polite heating engineer
Kantan is an agent that contracts work to tradesmen. Lewis Hodge from Loddon Heating was engaged to carry out our boiler service. He was very thorough, efficient and polite. Obviously we may have been lucky to get Lewis. All I know is that our experience was very good hence the 5 star rating.

Found the website, a sensible price, entered the date best for me, Philip Griffiths arrived, did a very neat, tidy and informative job, tested all of the rads, hoovered up and I've set a reminder for next year at a £10 discount. Happy Days.

Good Stuff and very easy to book. The engineer was very good and came on time. Very flexible to modify the time base on our availability. Cleaned and documented where necessary. I not seen this service from anyone for last 5 years. Great Stuff and keep the good work.

Great web site that was easy to book my boiler service. Clear info about what you are getting and paying.my morning slot(8-12),got changed to an afternoon slot at 13.00 !?!?
Plumber turned up and was very friendly and polite. Bill and certificate were emailed to me after paying easily online too ! Also got an offer for 10% off service next year ! Thanks.

Thank you for your feedback. I am glad that you found the booking experience quick and easy, and that you were happy with the engineer. We aim to be punctual every time, but the underlying uncertainty with repair work means that our engineers can be delayed at times. In the case of your appointment, the engineer was on a repair job which took longer than expected prior to your appointment. We informed you as soon as we became aware of that, but clearly not early enough. I apologise for the inconvenience caused as a result.
I hope you will consider using us again for your boiler service next year.
