I ordered two phone cases that I have two phones. Both of them were so pretty and so perfect in detail I'm very happy with this product and would recommend it to everybody!

Ordered a shoe in the size we thought would be appropriate based on the sizing chart. Shoe seemed way too big so tried to exchange it. No dice! Kallie Gear rep said "your order was customized for you only and we can not get it back to sell to others." As if no one else anywhere in the world will ever order the same product in my (entirely normal) size. It's a ridiculous proposition. Given the nature of online shopping, what kind of online company doesn't offer exchanges in this day and age? Huge thumbs down.

What was promised was delivered! A rare thing these days on the internet market!

I ordered 2 phone cases and a canvas bag all personalised and I have to say the quality is amazing the colours are so vibrant and so much better than I expected the items were well packed and arrived in perfect condition I would certainly recommend to friends. The only slight snag was the courier marked my parcel as delivered when they hadn't actually delivered it,a fact beyond the senders control, but a superb customer
service sorted things out in no time.

I order cap, T-shirt and shoes. The most expensive shoes were missing!? It's get worst! No communication with customer service what so ever?! Newer replay for emails, There is no one to response at customer chat, Phone number is missing?! Cheap quality so far, and missing item!? Order not coplete, tracking message said order deliver, no it's not. Terrible so far will not recomend this Company, will not bay again. Still waiting for shoes or dosh back.

Don’t waste your time and money. Ordered a kids size 3 thinking hey it would be a kids size 3 no it’s a toddler size. Cheap product. I customize stuff myself so customer service is everything. Would not recommend this company.

I ordered 2 pairs of the baseball "croc" shoes for my grandsons. They did a great job of personalization. However the shoes were very cheap quality. On the third time of wearing the shoes, the oldest grandsons shoe broke. I contacted Kallie Gear. They would not replace it but offered a discount if I wanted to buy another pair of cheap shoes. I don't think I will waste any more money lol

The case I received was beautiful. It really captured the likeness' of my furbabies. It took a little while for the order to arrive. The ordering process was very easy. I will definitely order from you again.

L'image de l'article sur le site laisse croire que l'article commandé, dans mon cas un porte-clé, est en tissu et épais. Malheureusement, ce que j'ai reçu, et cela 3 semaines plus tard, c'est un vulgaire plastique de 3mm d'épaisseur avec une image imprimée à l'intérieur. Pour moi c'est trompeur. Dommage, déception totale.

I love this cover! The breeds, names were perfect. I wasn't sure what the cover was made of, but it snapped right on and fits perfectly. The material it's made from will last a long time I'm sure. Everyone that has seen it thought it was so cute and looked like my babies. The only complaint I have, and I'm not really complaining, is the hole for the flashlight is covered. No big deal. Received a lot sooner than expected. Two weeks!

Very pleased how my phone cover looked with my babies on it. Had trouble tracking my package. Contacted them and heard back immediately. They told me exactly where it was and when it should be delivered. Definitely would order from this company again.

Love my turnout coat. If I could change anything on it, it's be putting something around the wrists and the waist for a better fit. I wore it in Depoe Bay, OR in the strong wind and rain. I stayed warm the entire time in the weather. They also put my engine number and name on the coat. I'll definitely order from them again.

I ordered the tumbler for my wife for Christmas and it came exactly as shown, very happy with it, I know she will be excited to receive it. No issues at all, very good chance I would order something else. 100% would recomend to others
