Our dog Larry is 32 kg (70 lbs) and older (11 years). We wanted to have an extended stay in Italy, including Larry. There was no way we were going to subject him to cargo and risk loosing him. K9 Jets provided a great solution to transporting Larry overseas. His air travel dog experience with me using K9 jets service was better than that I have had as a lone human.
The greeter for K9 welcomed us at the Teterboro Airport with champaign and dog treats. Unfortunately, Larry is allergic to most treats but I certainly enjoyed the champaign. Before boarding, they took Larry’s blanket to place on the couch where we would be sitting. This meant that as Larry boarded the plane, and walked down the aisle way to the couch, he immediately jumped onto the couch to curl up for the flight. The only signs of stress was a little at take-off and the descent for landing, but this was minor. The majority of the flight he slept comfortably as did the other dog passengers.
The flight itself was as smooth as I have ever experienced. My understanding is the higher altitude allowed by private jets as used by K9 avoids the frequent turbulence of commercial flights. So no worries about Larry being bounced from a seat or put into stress.
The service before, during and after the flight was fantastic, with assistance provided at every step. They made sure the seating allowed for dogs who wanted to “air pack” together were together, and those that perhaps would not get along were far enough apart to not be an issue. Food and beverages were provided and of good quality. Any additional snacks or drinks were easily provided on request. Upon landing, we went through a local customs and security check that was facilitated by the K9 Jets staff (Adam even greeted us at the Milan airport). I expected to have an extended experience on arrival, but K9’s coordination, verification and forwarding of key paperwork needed to bring a pet into Italy made it a very smooth and stress free process. I have global entry certification and pass thru customs easily into the US, but this was the easiest experience I have had to come from the US to anywhere. Every step of the flight process was handled professionally and with truly friendly courtesy.
Larry arrived in Italy wagging his tail and greeting his “Mom” my wife who flew out a day earlier. My only safety tip is to carefully look at the directions to get to the Milan Linate private airport as my wife encountered a cab only lane and a military base on her way to pick Larry and myself up following the phone gps only.
I highly recommend K9 Jets and their staff to help you safely and enjoyably transfer your precious pet overseas. No other solution came even close to how good of an experience this actually was to do something that can be very difficult. Waggy tails all the way.

K9 Jets was an amazing company to go with for my relocation from the US to the UK. My husband and I brought our dog and two cats, and there was ample space. My cats got a table for their xl carriers and my dog got to choose between laying under the table, or having a seat next to me. It was incredibly smooth and even though my flight was delayed to get to the K9 Jets flight, they reassured me and waited for me. I would definitely recommend them and use them again if I ever need to travel internationally. They also partner with PPHC which helped me get all the correct documentation in order as well. They gave personalized gifts to my dog and cats when we arrived, which was super sweet.

We flew from NJ- London with our golden retriever and it could not have been a better experience. From start to finish it was the easiest process and it made our dog travel comfortably. We wouldn’t choose another way to travel between countries besides K-9 jets!

Just a note to say this was a great service - relaxed and not stressful at all for our dog or I. Very well organized from the initial briefing call, then arriving and being processed at Teterboro through to documentation checks and clearance at F’boro. A little more expensive than had been quoted by the major airlines (20%), however for the service, comfort and lack of anxiety of moving our dog between two continents it was well worth it. Would highly recommend.

I had the pleasure to fly twice with K9 this year and service and comfort for humans and dogs are amazing.

The service and the welcome were impeccable and seamless, from our initial inquiry to getting into our rental car. Emma, Adam, the K9 Jets staff, the staff at Farnborough and at Teterboro were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond our expectations. Cassie, our stewardess, couldn't have worked harder or been kinder to the pups on our flight. The Teterboro ground staff also deserve special mention. They guided us through the airport/process and even found our rental car in the car park and drove it to the entrance, turned on the AC, and loaded our bags. Most importantly, our dog (who has heart murmurs) travelled safely and comfortably.

The very best part of using K9 Jets from Dublin was that we never had to go through the airport and security - it was so relaxed for my dog! No pressures, no rushing. She, of course, loved the plane ride out of her carrier and staring out the big windows.
Everyone was lovely and courteous and the food served was truly delicious. We flew in comfort and silence (no screaming children!) and space.
We will definitely book again!

Travelled recently with my two Welsh corgis. It was very easy. My two amigos and I arrived happy and rested. K9 staff were excellent from pre-flight arrangements to the flight crew. I would have no hesitation in recommending their service.

Living between the US and UK we have enjoyed a number of trips with K9 Jets. The service is impeccable and friendly (Emma could not be more friendly and helpful), the process super easy and flight really enjoyable - if a little surreal!! Hopefully this is the future of pet travel for all.

K9Jets was the solution for me to bring my puppy Blue back to the USA from Paris. The flight was great and the jet very comfortable. Not sure how it would go with a puppy, but we felt supported every step of the way and everything went well. They paired us up with the perfect canine companion Dottie and her delightful owner. I have told everyone about my experience, from travel agents to dog trainers, and beyond…recommend highly

It’s been a very stressful time for our family recently, necessitating a relocation for several months. The least stressful part was bringing our doggo along. K9 Jets are efficient, communicative, luxurious and personable. We received ample information, excellent service, advice on documentation required. We’ve already booked our return trip with K9 Jets.

Just want to express my total gratitude to K9jets for flying our wee family all the way from London to LA. Relocating simply wouldn’t have been possible without you, I’m a nervous mama to a skittish dog, and flying without her in the cabin with me was NOT an option. I will always cherish the memories of a jet filled with lovely people and their adorable dogs! Big thanks to our flight attendant Jasmine, you were beyond fantastic. Massive thanks to Adam and Emma for the wholesome work you’re doing, I wish your company all the best and will aim to avail of your services again in the future. 10/10 would recommend!

K9jets were exceptional from my first interaction until I arrived at my destination.Adam and Jasmine and the support team treated us like we were special, responding to my and my pup’s every need. They even helped guide us around rental car pickup and drop off and documentation. It was a very special experience.

The K9 jets team were so wonderful! I am a very nervous flyer, absolutely hate take off, turbulence and landing, and was very anxious for this flight as I had assumed a smaller plane would mean more turbulence.

Once I informed them of my worries, Emma sent me the most thorough and thoughtful response to put my mind at ease and assure me that I might be pleasantly surprised with how smooth the flight was.

I assumed she was just being nice and bending the truth (lol) but turns out she wasn't at all! I flew from London to New York and it was such a smooth and easy flight!

Obviously everything else was amazing too - someone to meet you as you arrive to take your luggage, delicious in-flight food, attentive air hostess offering drinks and snacks and lots of fuss for my pup.

For me, this was a relocation flight, and if getting the love of my life overseas safely isn't what my savings are designed for, then I don't know what is! Best decision I ever made.

This was by far one of my best travel experiences! I was travelling with my 8-year-old nervous dog and I was a bit anxious about flying with her over the pond. Adam and Emma were absolutely fantastic and provided excellent assistance and professionalism, as well as the whole crew. I am very impressed! Thank you so much Emma for helping me with Willow and for being so kind and reassuring. Adam: you are a STAR!

Flew K9 JETS on Sunday June 9th from London to NY/NJ. A great experience from the booking process with Emma and my video call with Adam. The meal was excellent and the pups loved the freedom of not being in a crate. I highly recommend this and hope to travel with them again!

K9 Jets went above and beyond in bringing our PBGV Buddy Holly back to the UK from New Jersey after he retired from the show ring and 'public duties' after winning BIS at the Westminster Kennel Club in 2023. I can't explain how comforting it was knowing he was safe, happy, and travelling in pure luxury with K9 Jets alongside Christian his travel guardian from Signature Pet Transport. The whole process was zero stress for Buddy and on arrival he was gifted his own personal goody bag, just like his fellow canine passengers, which he's enjoyed greatly. Greeting them directly off the jet on the tarmac was an added bonus too. They deserve more than five stars! Buddy and I definitely recommend this way of travel and with K9 Jets specifically!

WONDERFUL experience from Van Nuys (Los Angeles) to Farnborough (London). This is our second trip with K9Jets. Adam, Emma and team are fabulous. So too are their partners who deal with everything from documentation to ground transportation. The crew on the ground and in the air were wonderful. The plane spectacular (we even got to see the Northern Lights from 45,000 ft) and the other travelers - 2 and 4 legged - were delightful. This is TRULY the world's first airline for dogs (and cats) - notwithstanding claims by a competitor who is just getting started. And K9Jets is also the world's most experienced airline for dogs (and cats). We are committed and loyal customers.
