The online documents are extremely detailed, showing you everything click by click, and page by page. I used K2U practice exams to prepare for both the Admin and Agentforce Specialist certifications and passed both. I found the topic exams, with explanations and screenshots, helpful for getting acclimated to the types of questions that may appear on the actual exam.

It's important to note that I did not rely solely on K2U's explanations; I also engaged an LLM to probe more deeply into the why behind each question and answer. I also investigated why the incorrect answer choices were distractors. While preparing for the exams, I had a developer org open in a separate browser tab to reinforce my understanding by clicking through Setup, Object Manager, Flow Builder, Agentforce Studio, etc., to build muscle memory on top of screenshot familiarization. Whenever helpful, I also developed memory aids using etymology, mnemonic devices, charts, or even comic graphics to reinforce my learning.

K2U provided exam-ready multiple choice questions for my study, but I developed my own personalized learning methods while using the resources, and that combination made it truly effective.

I highly recommend K2U for providing practice exam questions that target Salesforce certification learning objectives, but learners still need to develop metacognition (awareness of one's own knowledge, strategies for problem solving, comprehending, reflecting, interpreting, recalling, etc) so as not to rely solely on question familiarization to pass the exams. The very process of seeking deeper understanding of the why behind every question helps when confronting new, unfamiliar exam questions.

For the salesforce admin cert exam prep, their Videos (hosted on Vimeo, I can see the date - "study support plus") are from FIVE YEARS AGO - I brought this up, and they said essentially that I should treat them as "extras" (although it's part of what I paid for) and figure out myself which ones are still valid or not - that's not my job, I'm the customer, YOU'RE the training experts! Also they invoiced me showing I bought the Study Guide but would only provide after a TON of back and forth, with a day plus in waiting each time for a response, as they're in the philippines, and when I got it, it was full of outdated material - I'd say go with SalesForce Ben - was really disappointed by this as K2 was supposed to be the best, but they really do not care - they're lazy and very out of date

UPDATE: not just the supplementary, but the main videos that are not “extras” are as old as five years ago…that’s 15-20 major updates back. I haven’t taken the test yet, and will have to see if all this prep with old material will work out ok or not….

My main dislike is the difficulty returning to where I left off. You can't just simply mark a point (add a bookmark) anywhere.

It didn’t help. None of the questions in the test exams appeared in the certification. It was a waste of time and money.

Website doesn't work, long load times between questions, has reset my progress multiple times or logged 0% scores after completing exams. I enjoyed using Focus on Force, this site ruined the exams I already paid for. Would recommend finding question banks for your certifications elsewhere. Servers went down while I was in a practice exam once, and it completely lost everything and I had to wait half an hour for them to even put the site back up.

K2 University was instrumental in helping me prepare for my Salesforce ADM-201 exam. I had originally booked the exam for July 30th, but I kept scoring 75%+ on K2 University’s practice exams, so I decided to attempt it early on July 2nd — and I passed, scoring 100% in three sections of the official exam. J'ai préparé plusieurs certifications sur Focus on Force et j'étais assez satisfait du site (en dehors du temps de chargement des pages). Depuis la migration vers K2 je rencontre beaucoup de bugs qui me gênent dans mon apprentissage.

Liste non exhaustive :

- Perte du suivi : Il est devenu impossible de voir ma progression globale depuis le dashboard ou de savoir précisément à quel endroit reprendre ma leçon précédente.

- Le compteur d'heures ne fonctionne pas. Ma leçon actuelle indique que j'aurais passé + de 1000 heures dessus.

- Incohérence des knowledge check qui portent sur des outils / produits qui ne sont pas présents dans les chapitres.

- Score des examens erronés. Mon dernier examen indique "Failed (15%) alors que j'avais peu d'erreurs.

- Impossible de laisser un commentaire ou poser une question sur les châpitres alors que c'était possible sur FoF.

- Le contenu n'est pas toujours mis à jour (noms de produit anciens, screenshots d'écrans qui n'existent plus etc.)

- Serveurs toujours aussi mauvais.

I ordered the Salesforce Admin Cert package from Focus on Force. It cost $200 (the cost of the test) and came with a voucher for a free test. So it was a great deal.. For the exact cost of the test, you also got this complete guide. I did the studying, took the practice tests and passed the exam. So it worked!

One thing to note is that in May, the site changed from Focus on Force to K2university. And there was a period for a week or two when things worked very poorly. I couldn't log in, and it didn't save my practice test results. While that roll-out didn't work well, I believe most of those issues have been resolved by now.

Their website does not work - userface is basically non-functional. Please avoid K2 University at all costs. Do not trust them.

Site is trash and they use a fake trustpilot score on their homescreen. Just about nothing loads and ends in errors super glad focus on force migrated from trash to trash.
