Just Property Anmeldelser

The property I purchased was through Just Property and I was extremely pleased with the way they communicated throughout. They were honest, didn’t go for any hard sell tactics and told you how it was at all times. I would highly recommend choosing this Estate Agent.

From start to finish Just Property were highly professional in their dedication to successfully selling my St Leonards property. Constantly supportive with a fine focus on all detail going above and beyond expectation - always prompt I never had to chase them, patient & friendly a total pleasure to deal with. This fab team led by Colin are highly experienced with excellent knowledge in all aspects of conveyancing - essential with older seafront properties. Insightful & realistic with their finger on the pulse of this areas ever fluctuating market. Above all I appreciated their 'no BS' & honest straight talking style (unusual for agents!) no false expectations. As a seller I found the Just Property team top of their game & entirely trustworthy I do not hesitate in recommending them.

Just so grateful that we chose this amazing estate agent to sell our much loved home of 30 years! From the first contact I had on the phone with Olly, this wonderful team helped us through some pretty tricky and lengthy situations, with such dedication and care, I doubt it would have all come together without their hard work and determination! Id like to mention Issey, who was so lovely, polite and kind. Also Director Colin, who looked after our sale with such a personal interest, we felt like we must be his only clients! Cant thank you enough, Colin, for going the extra hundred miles for us; early mornings, keeping an eye on things even when on holiday, nothing too much trouble. I feel like we're now friends! Always bringing in his sense of humour, which, when things are difficult, really helps!
Colin sets an example for the whole team, which obviously carries through to each and every one, all of whom are polite, friendly and eager to do their best.
I highly recommend anyone and everyone to choose Just Property, you wont regret it! A really great, local family business with lovely people that you can really trust. Thanks again, guys!

Very professional service, super helpful, communication was excellent, they were always available to answer any questions. They truly went above and beyond and made the buying process seamless. I highly recommend Just Property to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient estate agent.

Excellent service from beginning to end selling our house. We moved to Just Property after being with other agents and they successfully marketed and sold our house. Ashley was brilliant at keeping me up to date and progressing the sale - achieving exchange and completion as planned. Highly recommended.

A thank you to Colin and his team at Just Property.
At times the process of selling was difficult and taxing. Colin and his team remained calm and professional, updated me without delay, provided support and guidance throughout the process and when needed too went above and beyond to get the job done!
I am very grateful to Colin and the team at Just Property. Excellent service from start to finish. I would highly recommend Just property.

Tip top 5⭐️review. WOW! I can’t praise Just Property highly enough. The service that I received from Ashley Hodd was exceptional, always great advice and support. I highly recommend using Just Property, the whole team are very professional and JUST a really nice bunch.
Thank you for everything.

Ashley and the whole team at Just Property provided an excellent service when I purchased my home in St Leonards. I was kept up-to-date with the latest developments, and all queries were answered quickly.

This is our opinion. From the moment the agent came through the door, was polite, understanding, actually listened to what our apprehension was regarding selling our house which we have occupied going on 58yrs.
Completely and utterly professional from start to completion. I could text, phone and they always responded in a very friendly and relaxed manner which gave us a great feeling that they were there for us.
All staff that we came into contact with were excellent.
If anyone is thinking of selling, give JUST PROPERTY a try. If I could give 6 stars I would not hesitate.

Just Property have been amazing from start to finish. From Ollie - the first estate agent that showed us round to Colin who has been dealing with us for our first purchase as first time buyers. Unfortunately the process took a lot longer which was both out of our control but Colin kept me updated throughout the whole process. Thanks again ☺️

I came across a property for sale I have admired for years that went up for sale with Just Property. It only took them two weeks from that date of me making an enquiry to finding a buyer/offer for the sale of my property so I could secure an accepted offer. This timing is outstanding.

I dealt with Ashley Hodd throughout the process and whilst we were faced with hurdles you expect to break a chain Ash saved it, kept it together and made it happen effortlessly. The hurdles had potential to be really stressful for me however Ash managed it all from start to finish and delivered. His experience and customer service stands out from the rest and it’s so refreshing to be able to trust and recommend someone in this field so highly especially through what is meant to be one of the most stressful experiences. He is a credit to the company. The entire team/company smashed it. I was also always warmly welcomed/directed so professionally over the phone by Kyle, Ollie, and Issey. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

Just Property were engaged to sell a property in Hastings when we were not always there. They were courteous and responded to any queries quickly and efficiently. we were very pleased by the service offered by Ashley Hodd and the other staff that we dealt with.

We sold our property with this company and have to say they were great!! We had probate to deal with and was not straight forward and took months to sort, just property kept the buyer and us informed all the way and thanks to them we completed the sale
Would highly recommend them.

Thanks so much Rebecca

Just Property have provided us with such an excellent service from beginning to end. They were extremely supportive and communication was fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone who is thinking to start the stressful process of selling their property. Colin and his team are truly the best.

We have recently used Just Properties for our move to Bexhill Old Town. They were helpful and attentive at all times. Time and effort was taken with the photos of our property and I felt they were amazing, especially with the drone shots. They also kept us informed on how our sale and purchase were progressing, so we knew exactly what was happening at all times. The whole team are friendly and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who was planning to sell their home.

We had the pleasure of working with Just Property to sell our house, and we couldn’t be more impressed with their service. From day one, they were incredibly helpful, offering clear advice and keeping us informed throughout the entire process. They made sure we understood each step and were always available to answer any questions. Not only were they professional, but they were also friendly and approachable, which made what could have been a stressful experience much easier to navigate. Their dedication and personal touch made a huge difference, and we are so grateful for their support. We highly recommend Just Property to anyone looking to sell their property!

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Colin Siggs, Just Property Director during our search for a new home. He provided a five-star service that exceeded our expectations in every way. I cannot thank Colin enough for everything he has done for us! Literally, I feel like I have no words to describe my experience. Colin was pleasure to work with, and he kept us informed and updated throughout the duration of the purchase. With that being said he went absolutely above and beyond with our house purchase!

Our sale felt through, Colin wasn't the Agent selling our property, our agency was Fox and Son's who didn't care, and let us down from the minute we signed the contract. Colin stepped in and brought the sale back to life, so we could continue with the purchase of our dream house we found through Just Property.

Everyone at Just Property is very professional and efficient, Colin clearly leads by example. His approachable demeanour and positive attitude made the entire process less stressful. He made us feel comfortable and treated us with such a respect and kindness.

Due to poor service we have received from Fox and Son's we were quite emotional even heart broken at times, but Colin truly cared and made sure we reminded positive, he did this even out of his working hours. He was just unbelievable, so supportive and at the same time determined. Fox and Sons haven't been in touched at all, it was Just Property who communicated with his clients, us as well as our buyers, including all chain solicitors and lenders. It was Colin who managed to exchange our contracts. I just can't find the words, his work ethic, knowledge and care is really just unbelievable and so rare, we will be grateful until rest of our life.

If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares about helping you and find your perfect home, and is supporting you all the way through, someone who stick by their clients as well as buyers look no further than Colin and his team. In the last 13 years I have dealt with countless estate agents companies across England. Just property is THE BEST. Family estate agency, who provides outstanding service!

Just property, we will use you again with a heartbeat. I'm impressed with the way you go the extra mile to ensure your clients stay happy. You set a great example for all estates agencies! Colin, if everyone is like you and your company this world will be a better place. Keep it up and thank you once again.

The O'Neils!

We had a difficult sale with a very short time between exchange of contracts and completion. Ashley Hodd of Just Properties was very good at keeping us in the picture as details unfurled with near daily updates on the phone. He put our minds at rest that the sale would get to completion and we are very grateful of his services. We would have no problem recommending hm to others.

Excellent, friendly and helpful service from Ben in Fairlight.

Ben has been so helpful throughout the process of being a first time buyer.
Approachable and patient which is just the kind of person you want at the end of a phone when you’re getting nowhere with solicitors 😆
Can’t fault Just Property Fairlight and although I don’t plan on moving again any time soon I will say that when the time comes we will be using them again.
Great service all round and everyone I’ve spoken to in the office has been really friendly!
