Just Property Anmeldelser

Ashley and the team have been professional and very helpful throughout. As buyers, we appreciated their respectful negotiations with the seller to achieve a mutually satisfactory sale. Their follow up with both sets of solicitors has been light handed, but timely.

I honestly couldn’t have done it without Ashley Hood and the Just Property team.
Ashley went far beyond what any estate agent normally would — chasing every detail, keeping on the loop, and never giving up, even when things got complicated.
You can feel he truly cares about his clients. Genuine, patient, and absolutely committed.
I’m so grateful — He turned a stressful process into something manageable and positive. Many many thanks. Marcela

Following my mother moving into a care home, I had the task of selling her house, in November 2024 - a far from ideal time of the year
I chose Just Property from the 3 agents that valued the property, as I felt they offered the most professional approach at the time
The process went well and an offer was accepted in March 2025
The sale proceeded, with completion on course for the end of July
The process was delayed, in June, when my mother unexpectedly passed away, and probate interfered
The Team at Just Property, where excellent during this difficult time, and kept the chain together, helping me keep everybody updated on progress
The sale completed successfully in September, nearly a year after my first connection with Just Property
During this time the team were all, professional, understanding, and supportive
I am happy to recommend Just Property to anybody selling or buying in the Hstings area

Just Property are the third estate agents in Hastings I've used and the only one I'll use in future.

They secured quick sales on both our properties that weren't selling with other agents, were infinitely more communicative around progress being made and their sales staff were strong at closing viewings we had.

Honestly can't fault any of the team and would wholly recommend if you're looking for an estate agents in Hastings.

We have always had great service from Just Property. The combination of professionalism, efficiency and kindness is faultless.

Just Property have given us a very personal service ,taking in much consideration for putting our late parents home for 50 years on the market with care, compassion, being sensitive to the situation and making the task much more bearable.
The fact they donate to the local St Michael's hospice was also very important to us as a family.
Austin was the perfect guy to deal with this for us, for which we are so grateful for you just being you. Thanks so much Austin. :)

We are so grateful for Just Property’s support through our house buying process. They are very helpful, responsive and professional. We had some challenges during the process (which was not at all the fault of Just Property) and we were so impressed with how great Just Property were in navigating this- they gave us honest advice throughout that we could trust. The director Colin is wonderful. We cannot recommend Just Property highly enough! Thank you for helping us to buy our first family home

Really great personal service from Ben and his team at the Fairlight office who always went above and beyond. A very smooth sale, with lots of the potential stresses avoided as a result. Recommended most highly!!

Ben was excellent
Great communication
Easy to make and quick appointments
Straight forward and to the point to deal with
Made the process of buying our first house very easy

Very helpful team in some trying times while selling my mothers house. Kept me informed at all times, even when I was half way around the world.

Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Excellent communication during the whole selling process.

Cannot praise Just Property enough.
I sold my mothers bungalow with them and they handled all the viewings and kept me informed of all the feedback be it negative or positive. Ben at Fairlight branch was very helpful and very quick to respond to any queries and was very supportive.
I had used a different local estate agent prior to Just property who were not proactive at all and didn't have any interest in the property.
I will definitely use them again and cannot recommend them enough.

An outstanding and professional team who come HIGHLY recommended. Consistently helpful, polite and proactive. The Sales team did a great job of marketing our property and finding the right buyer. However, it was the Sales Progressor Ashley who ensured all parties in the chain were communicating and ultimately made it all happen. Huge thank you to all at Just Property. You’ve restored our faith in Estate Agents! Thank you again.

The team at Just worked hard to find us our new home in Hastings, understanding what we were looking for and being creative in getting us viewings even with houses not necessarily listed. We particularly enjoyed the 'mystery houses' thrown in at the end of viewings! They then made sure the purchase process went smoothly. The communication has been excellent - prompt, helpful, highly professional and good humoured. They have gone over and above to make sure this process was successfuI. I highly recommend.

Great service and professionalism. Easy to communicate with and committed to getting the sale over the line. Highly recommended

Down to earth staff, calm, professional and felt they worked hard for me. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I can't thank 'Just' enough. From the initial contact made to exchanging contracts they have been so helpful, from small questions I had to the larger more crucial decisions to be made.
I am so impressed with the genuine personal attention and support offered. I highly recommend them!

I can’t recommend Just Property highly enough!

From the very first conversation with Harry, I was impressed. He took the time to understand my needs and gave me the confidence to choose them as my agent – and I’m so glad I did. The amount of interest they generated in the property was incredible, and it wasn’t long before we had our first buyer lined up.

When Ashley stepped in to manage the sale, things moved quickly and professionally. Unfortunately, just before exchange, our original buyer pulled out – something that could have been incredibly stressful – but Ashley worked miracles and secured another buyer within 24 hours. That alone deserves a huge amount of credit!

There were plenty of lumps and bumps along the way, and I’m sure there were moments where we both felt like the world was against us – but through it all, Ashley remained calm, focused, and absolutely determined to see this through. Today, thanks to that perseverance, we have finally exchanged contracts.

This was a real team effort, and I genuinely believe it was only because of the hard work, experience, and resilience of the team that we got to this point. Huge thanks to everyone involved – but special mentions must go to Harry and Ashley for getting us over the line.

Thank you all – you’ve been brilliant!

Just Property gave a thorough and professional service, taking photos of the house, including a drone from the air, drawing the plans, describing the rooms all in enough detail. The communication with us was excellent, and they always returned our telephone calls promptly. The only criticism was that they told us the prospective buyer was a cash buyer, when in fact there was a chain of 4 other buyers all of which eventually did complete, enabling our house to be sold. But the delay for this chain to work was frustrating. However Just Property , to their credit, were very active at trying to manage this chain, and they stuck at it even when the going was tough. We would recommend them.
