Just Generators.
I had expert advice
I had expert advice, over the phone and chat, also emailed before I made my purchase.
What you have to know before you buy a generator is a bit of information on what you are looking to run from it.
Just generators though not able to give me exact numbers they guided me on how I could find this out and advised that a electrician could load test and tell me EXACTLY how many watts would be needed from a generator.
Sometimes people are not happy to seek advice and listen to what's being advised to them and ultimately come unstuck, which is not the supplying companies fault especially as just generators gives EVERY possible option to request help prior to making any mistake on buying a generator that is not powerful enough.
So my advise is speak to these guys prior to a purchase they have the knowledge and offer every conceivable contact option to do so. So there are no excuses. DO YOUR RESEARCH
Brilliant company brilliant advice and a simply brilliant service..

Hi Anthony,
Many thanks for your feedback. It's great to hear that your generator is working well for you. I can only apologise for the attitude of the delivery driver - its such a shame as we usually get such great feedback about them, but I will raise this with the general manager. Many thanks for letting us know.
Kind regards,

Speedy delivery
I would prefer ALL suppliers, especially in these times, to declare where their products are sourced. The one I bought was from China. IF this had been detailed then people could make up their own minds about it. Also the same model (different badging) was available elsewhere with wheels and handles more than £20 cheaper.
Don't be frightened of giving MORE information. It will improve customerrs trust and therefore increase sales.
The delivery was exceptionally quick. So 5 stars for that aspect.

Hi Mr & Mrs Kirk
Thank you for your feedback and the 5* for the service but we are a little confused as to why the country of origin means so much to you? Huge amounts of everyday products we rely on are sourced from China and the generator you purchased is from one of the largest and most reputable manufacturers of this type of product, we think round of applause to them for having good stocks of products available for purchase when global logistics are so very difficult currently.
Kind regards, Stuart

Pramac ES8000 Generator
The generator has a long run fuel tank and with a Honda GX390 engine is a really good machine, very well built and easy to start. It takes to persons to lift so siting is a consideration when setting it up.

Hi Tim,
Many thanks for your detailed feedback, it's really useful to us. We appreciate the 5 stars too - thank you! Glad you found your new generator to be well built and that it starts well too.
We do hope that siting it was not too much hassle for you, they are indeed heavy and well built machines, so we agree that this is an important consideration when purchasing.
Kind regards,
Helen

Very disappointing service & support
Having initially had great service from Just Generators, I am afraid it has all gone horribly wrong. My Hyundai generator has had to be sent back (just 3 months old) for repairs & I will be without it for some time. I have had to hire a generator to replace it (as I cannot run my business without it) and Just Generators have said there is nothing they can do to help. We are a brand new business, just starting out, sales are still low at this point and expenditure high due to start up costs. This additional expense is tough to take right now and it is so so disappointing when you have spent a considerable sum with an organisation for them to be so un-supportive and lacking in customer service follow up

Hi Steve
We are very sorry to hear of issues you are facing and do sincerely sympathise as we have stated in the correspondence that has crossed over in the time this review has been placed.
Unfortunately, like all other the suppliers out there compensation is not an option but we have offered all the assistance we can with a view to getting a speedy resolution to the problem and have guided you towards the people that can deal with the problem under the manufacturers warranty which again is standard practise.
We are sorry that you feel we have let you down but again as we have stated will continue to do all we can to help.
Kind regards, Stuart
