They were quite good last year, but this year they (Enva on behalf of Business Waste) have failed to turn up on MOST days they should have collected!

They were subcontracted by Waste Managed, another absolutely useless company,to collect my bin fortnightly.First four months ok then stopped collecting but managed to charge for overweight on a collection never made Waste Managed still not resolved this after four months.If there was a choice between these two companies or the plague, choose the plague.
The shortest joke
there are more useful things to do with your money. You can throw it out the window or light the barbecue for example. These people gave their... "business" a small name to create the quickest joke. The customer service is even more ridiculous.

You will hear the most ridiculous excuses you have ever heard, with the sole purpose of continuing to steal from you, before you stop any cooperation with them.
If you want to create SERIOUS problems to your business or if you want to ruin your relations with your neighbors, trust this company.
You will simply be left wondering why the justice system allows them to still operate.
8' skip for £1K
We hired 8-yard skips from Enva and ended up being hit with hidden extra charges, taking the cost to nearly £1,000 per skip — absolutely unreasonable. Every attempt we made to resolve the issue was dismissed with the same generic reply that the waste was “contaminated,” with no proper explanation or discussion. To make matters worse, the situation was escalated to legal charges without giving us a fair chance to sort it out.
As a construction company with many years of experience, we have never come across service as poor or unprofessional as this. We feel completely misled and unfairly treated. We will never use Enva again, and strongly advise others to avoid them as well.
IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT A SKIP THEN DON'T BOTHER
They do not turn up when they say they do (if they bother to turn up at all). The staff are all rude and unprofessional and I am quite sure that they all suffer from some form of compulsive liar syndrome. Although their prices are competitive their service is abysmal. If I could leave negative stars I would.

STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. I wish I had read the reviews before I signed a 12 month contract with this awful company to have bins for my business. Full of promises and after signing the contract all I am doing is chasing them to have said bins emptied.
Never experienced such an unpleasant, unprofessional waste disposal company in the 15 years I have been trading.

Wanted to order some aggregates. Email request unanswered for days, despite an automated acknowledgement. Call them and your just on hold for hours.
Absolutely no idea how this lot do or stay in business. Took my custom elsewhere where my query was answered in minutes, the phone answered immediately and my order placed in just a couple of minutes.
It's not hard Enva....but reading your reviews, clearly it is
Missed Collections
This company has never been able to deal with Christmas and Easter and Bank Holidays etc. Despite my best efforts and agreeing in advance alternative schedules something always goes wrong and our bins pile up for weeks on end. They really don't seem to care.
Leaves rubbish on streets
Just watched a picky up driver dropped a bunch of stuff and then leave it on the street for birds now to come and make a mess. Fair enough if the bags rip or not properly sealed but common takes two seconds
Ordered a skip on Monday from local…
Ordered a skip on Monday from local branch, for delivery Thursday, it never turned up and I had contractors starting on the Friday, had to delay the works. Friday phoned again and was told skip would be delivered that day, phoned back at 12pm asking what time, told it would'nt be Friday, it would be Monday, cancelled contractors again until the Tuesday. Monday skips finally turned up, the contractors I cancelled cost me over £800. Advice for anyone reading this, DO NOT USE ENVA, better going to a reputable local skip company or one of the bigger national companies like Veolia, SITA or BIFFA.

Just been waiting about 6 months now for someone to lift our bottle bins - despite them repeatably stating they will be lifted! Thats if you're lucky enough to get through - nobody ever answers the phone!

I am being hassled by Enva Scotland Ltd for "Duty of Care" fee. I don't understand why they would be charging this or what it is for!

Service with an attitude!
Drivers with a huge chip on there shoulders! Would rather argue with you than collect your waste. Will not collect if the lid is slightly raised or they wont take any loose waste, even if agreed on the phone prior to collections. Customer service team do not listen to you, and will add on huge surcharges if you challenge them.
