I bought one ems pants - everything was okay.😊

The worst company ever! Stay away.

I placed an order with EMS Fitness for an EMS fitness suit, Hungary based company. The company promised timely shipping, but the product arrived three months later than the estimated delivery date. When the package finally arrived, it was not the product I ordered; i ordered wireless no wetting needed, the company sent a WIRED , WETTING NEEDED , TELLJNG ME ITS A BETTER VERSION BUT AFTER they claimed my original selection was out of stock!
As a result of receiving the wrong product, I was forced to pay import taxes for an item I did not order OF 600$!!!. I contacted the company multiple times, and they initially promised to reimburse the import tax, but later reversed this decision without explanation.
Throughout this process, customer support was unresponsive, and it was extremely difficult to get any assistance. The company’s lack of communication, misleading shipping timelines, and refusal to honor their commitments made this experience very stressful and financially harmful.
Based on my experience, I consider EMS Fitness to be a risky and unreliable company. COMPANY FROM HELL!

NEVER BUY THEY NEVER DELIVER JUST A SCAM!!!!!

I strongly warn against this product/company. After purchase, the support was completely inadequate/zero. The product was never able to be put into operation. Justfit are ordinary scammers.

Mindig is szerettem volna megszerezni a testruhát, hónapról hónapra spóroltam rá, és nagyon izgatottan vártam, hogy végre megérkezzen. Tegnap megérkezett, és alig várom, hogy kipróbáljam.

Ho comprato anni fa il prodotto, ed ancora funziona. Ho appena cambiato il cellulare dove avevo installato l'app che si abbinava alla tuta. Ho avuto un problema di configurazione ed abbinamento del nuovo cellulare, ma contattata l azienda sono subito riusciti tramite un loro addetto il sig. Andrei ad aiutarmi a risolvere il problema. È importante per un azienda avere anche un post buying efficiente. Ottima esperienza.

I discovered Justfit EMS on Instagram and initially had no idea what EMS was. So, I reached out with some questions. Justfit offers plenty of resources to learn about EMS, including insightful blog posts, YouTube videos, and brochures. I got the ACE HERO suit about six weeks ago, and I've burned so much fat that I barely recognize myself in the mirror now. It’s truly been the best decision!

Too expensive, but genuine products.

I currently have 3 fitness studios and we use Justfit EMS in all 3 because of how effective EMS is.

I ordered an EMS suit on the 4th of September and it still hasn’t arrived! I’ve contacted customer services and on each occasion they have said it’s on its way…. But yet it still hasn’t arrived…. And still not notification to say it’s been dispatched. My last email hasn’t been responded to as yet. Very disappointing as I’ve been looking forward to using the suit. I ideally want the suit to arrive but if not I’ve already asked for a full refund if they cannot supply.

My clients at my studio love me more now. I recently purchase Justfit Pirato and everyone of my clients wants to pay more so they can use the suits!

They have got a pretty advanced technology. The personnel who was assigned to me was outstanding, addressing my concerns with efficiency and professionalism. Highly recommended for anyone who is health conscious.

I tried all the ems devices on the market and I want to say that Justfit is fulfilling all my needs.

Fraudulent sales practice. I bought a kit from this company. Unfortunately, they did not deliver. They took 1350 EUR, and now they stopped replying to what's app messages and emails. Stay away!
