Non ho segnalato prima in quanto le mie condizioni di salute mi hanno costretto a lunga pausa in ospedale, ma per convenzione EU, su questi oggetti deve esserci garanzia di 24 mesi. Potete aiutarmi ? They sold me a product that I can’t use for business, only for personal use, which is impossible to use as the program doesn’t allow multiple users at the same time. I specifically requested it for my client. I paid €3000 and asked for a refund, as is my right according to their terms and conditions. Initially, they responded to my emails, but then they completely disappeared.

I ordered the JustFitMe Ace Hero Family 2in1 bundle in January 2024. Despite stating that the items were in stock, I experienced significant delays. When received the order was partially fulfilled, and the product did not function as advertised.

Customer service was initially responsive, but failed to follow through on these promises. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to resolve the issue, then agreement to a refund, for which I returned the goods, the company disclosed that they are experiencing financial difficulties and are unable to pay. As a result, I have now (July) escalated the issue to PayPal.

Based on my experience, potential customers should be cautious when considering purchases from this company due to severe issues with product availability, functionality, customer service, and claimed current financial instability.

Ho provato ad acquistare una tuta EMS disponibile come "in stock" sul sito. Poco tempo dopo il pagamento sono stata contattata dicendo che in realtà non era disponibile e l'operatore mi ha invece suggerito in modo insistente di cambiare prodotto.
Non volendo cambiare, mi è stato detto che il prodotto sarebbe stato disponibile dopo un mese per cui ho atteso. Dopo un mese mi hanno detto che avrei dovuto aspettare un altro mese (sempre suggerendomi in modo insistente di cambiare prodotto).
Ora ho fatto presente che l'Antitrust ha preso posizione contro i siti che acquisiscono i pagamenti in anticipo in quanto non hanno reali disponibilità dei prodotto pubblicizzati e ho chiesto o di consegnare subito o di rimborsarmi. Vedremo cosa succede, ma sconsiglio vivamente questo fornitore.
Ciò che è indicato nel sito è ingannevole per il cliente.

Fraudulent sales practices. The company promised several weeks ago to send the EMS kit the next day, however did not do so. Now they stopped responding to what's app messages and email. 1350 EUR lost. Will try to report them to Visa/MC. Advise, stay away from this company.
