Poor customer service on refund issues, items not delivered
Be very careful when order is undelivered and food panda refund you.
Food panda pandamart delay my order until 1am in the midnight. Later on they refund me in voucher form. I made a small amount purchase and later on only find out the voucher only valid for one time.
They eat up the whole rm100+ vouchers. While discussing, both Ryan and Ivan acted like its my issue and ended the chat.
Lip Service More Than Anything.
I ordered lunch through Food Panda for my hungry family but the order was wrong and short. That means the food ordered was not enough.
Although the customer service sounded so so so sympathetic, they refused to do anything. No refunds, no redelivery. They claim they will rectify at the later date.
If food panda respects itself as a food delivery company, it should pride itself with delivering the correct order at the right amount at the right time. Mistakes are expected but you need to have a good backup plan to appease your loyal customers.
Food Panda has forgotten it’s company’s mission and purpose. Settling the issue at a later date is irrelevant and ineffective because customers are hungry and waiting. If you cannot meet customers’ order and they have to take their own action to solve the issue, food panda has failed. In other words, go do other business or stop operations. Let others take over.
There are so many negative reviews on Google to prove that food panda is already an irrelevant company.

This review is for foodpanda (Malaysia).
The company is a complete scam. They advertised "DINNER" code for 30% off (but max discount is MYR7.50 - what a complete scam and joke) and I can't use it. When I spoke to customer service, they told me that I have to place a full-price order first before I can use that code for another order! Lol!
And they have this current "ALLDAY" code with the same 30% (also max MYR7.50 discount). But when I tried to use it, I got a message saying the code no longer exist. When I spoke to customer service they told me that I have to place a full-price order before I use this code for another order!
Bad experience
Hi, i hope you are doing well. I just wanted to tell you you that i had a bad experience. And i went to my application for submitting my complain. By going there i will contact to customer support agent, by the time i was telling him. He just closed the chat. I took the screenshot as well. Please take it sincerely.

Terrible experience - missing item and nil refund
Terrible experience. Ordered from panda mart, and one item was missing, then took a few emails for them to agree for a refund. A refund which I've never received (they insisted that they will send this to Panda wallet although I've requested to my bank account, as I'm not interested to use their services again after this experience). Today (28/12/2022) already more than 20 emails exchange with their CS and nothing, I keep getting auto replies saying that my case was resolved. They don't even read the email content nor review attached screenshots clearly showing that I've $0 balance in the PandaWallet, showing nil refund.
To Panda, please resolve this before I take it further, it is nothing about the money (more than happy to donate my refund and much more), it's about crossing a red line and fraudulent concerning actions by your team and company, my case number below for your reference.

Ordered from Foodpanda and the app changed the time of my order. I managed to cancel the order immediately with the help of the help center. However the full fee was still deducted from my credit card. Foodpanda refuses to reverse the charges. I have SMS confirmation that the cancellation was successful and I have screenshots admitting that they cancelled the order but still charged me for it, This company is very dishonest!!

Not allowed to cancel order
The most ridiculous thing about Foodpanda is that customers do not have the option to cancel an order when the food is “being prepared”, despite the estimated delivery time being extended. Customers should be given a option to cancel an order if the delivery time keeps delaying for more than 1 hour, for example.
Foodpanda service is soooo bad
Foodpanda service is soooo bad! It happened on 15dec at 8pm rider did not even read or rply my msg when i already inform him again for the location. And the location that i input was correct. But the rider delivered to a wrong place. However, foodpanda refused to refund me and asking me to input the right location. When the rider was at fault for delivered to a different location & dont even want to read my message.
This is not food panda this is fraud panda I shame about this service I buy chicken boneless fro Panda mart 3,500 kg it all spoiling and bad smell I ask agent to replace and refund but he refused

Such a SCAM
Such a SCAM! They won't let me use my pandapay and they won't even give my money back!! They shouldn't let people top-up some money when it's nit even working! I just wasted my 1.4k! Customer service? WORST! They were all BOTS! Very frustrating!!!
Delivered to the wrong address!
I made an order and it was delivered to the wrong address!!!! Foodpanda insisted they delivered to the right one. The chat agents were not helpful and seemed to want to just push my complaint under the carpet. Pretty bad service.

Its not random that Foodpanda is rated 1 star, the service is damn bad. System is not stable, staff is not helpful and rude, force close the chat when there is no outcome solution, promise to call but waiting whole day no call. Email the account manage to launch official complaint also no response after few days.
Worst service i have ever experienced, not recommend to anyone. Grabfood is much better.

I place an order on foodpanda. The rider did not delover my order even 2 hour passed. I contacted helpline throght app they only said u have to wait for 15 mins. But my order did not delivered. At the end they gave me 140rs as a apology. I dnt need money. Yous services just waste my time. Also my guest are hungry. I feel insulted in front of my guests who is responsible for this. I must say a bad and pathetic service i ever use
