My little 5 years old absolutely loves to spend his school breaks in your clubs at Bickley.
What brings me joy and peace in my heart.
This February term, he had an amazing experience with SRI GOPU and WAYNE BISWAS.
They are excellent professionals that true care about my son’s needs, creating amazing rapport with the Kids.
You can tell they really have a keen interest in ensuring the kids are safe, satisfied and most importantly: happy!
They created amazing childhood memories in my son life.
We most definitely will be returning.

My son enjoy it so much that he never want to be picked up before the closing time.
He also enjoys the snacks provided and all of the staff are caring.

My boys enjoyed the Winter holiday club in Westcroft (and previous October half-term too). They stayed all days, so I could work with peace of mind that they are safe and having great fun! Will be signing them up again... and again, when need it!

My son joined the Rugby winter group. He is asd and adhd and i was super worried about him being his first time. I needn't be as Ellie and Shannon were absolutely amazing with him. Never seen him enjoy a holiday group so much. Both were amazing with the parents as well and understanding of any issues that came up. They gave him confidence in himself to swim and he is so proud of himself. They understood his limitations but also his abilities and he felt great after every session. I cannot thank them both enough for the great experience they gave my son and will absolutely be back if it runs again in the holidays.

The staff are great with the children and really try and make them feel welcome and happy. Shame there aren’t enough so the club can’t run at its usual capacity.

First time coming was in the summer holidays and my son enjoyed it so much that we booked him in for the October half-term. We brought along his cousin who suffers from autism. It was his first time coming to a half-term camp but the staff were really good getting him settled and ensuring the environment didn't triggar him. It took him a day to settle but by the second he was raring to go back, remembered all the staffs name, Especially Sophie who happened to work with SEN children which was an added bonus. He took part in all the activities which was a great milestone for him. The Jag staff were great with him and had a whirl of tools/products to cater for him. We will definitely be booking them both in for either Feb Half-term or Easter.

My kids enjoy the camp every time they go and it is mainly because of the way it is structured to incorporate games, swimming, soft play and activities within the studio area…JAG team members are excellent, friendly and they do a great job to ensure kids are entertained well !!

First of all I would like to deeply thank the team at North Ealing School campus for taking care of my kids.
My son has dropped his lunch on the floor and the team called me immediately to offer an alternative, they brought him a meal and refused any attempt from my side to pay for the meal, and Nick said that the most important thing is that my son had had his lunch...
I am really grateful and will definitely join the camp in any upcoming holiday, as I am sure I will be in a peace of mind that my kids are safe...

JAG at The Hill Primary School, Caversham comprises of a team of really friendly, caring, warm staff. The staff exude a lot of enthusiasm, energy and exceptional customer service, which is reassuring for our family as we feel we can entrust the JAG team to care for our child/children whilst in their care.
Natalie Chambers has always gone above and beyond her call of duty and exudes a lot of positivity, energy and enthusiasm.
Thank you team JAG for all that you do. Families at The Hill are very fortunate to have the necessary wraparound care which enables working families the peace of mind and reassurance that their child is in a safe and secure place of care.

Barnes Primary Jag is amazing! Both of my kids love it and have so much fun! They play a lot of really fun games. Kids always ask to go to afterschool care and the camp. Highly recommend.

The staff truly care about the pupils in their care. They understand each child and care for them on a one to one basis.
The team actively seek various activities keep the children entertained. My child is definitely not happy when I arrive early and wants to stay to the very end . I would definitely recommend this to any parent considering putting their children in JAG especially if they go to this school.

My daughter stay there for one hour, she enjoy all experience but cost me £16. I didn’t have option to choose less hours or starting time. Definitely to expensive if you are looking for shorter length. Can you adjust your hours so more people can use your services. I heard from other people you use to have option but now you don’t offer anymore. Sad

My daughter joined the summer camp on early Aug , she is not enjoyed the camp . She said she is being bully by other Kids .

So far after one month , no one contact me to follow up. I ended up request to refund the balance lesson .

But I really no expectation for any reply

I reported the incident on 7/8 , your team emailed me on 9/8 said will follow up , today is 4/9 !!! The summer is over !!! Any point to follow the case now ? If your team really put the kids first ?

My daughter absolutely loved Junior Adventurers Club and made lots of be friends. The staff were lovely and very flexible with drop off and collection times, as well as organising fun activities. It's been incredibly helpful to have such a great way of keeping her entertained over the loooonnnggg summer school break! Thanks for everything.

What can I say Ryan and his crew are absolutely amazing. My daughter loves going to JAG @ Westcroft, so much so they she has asked to go extra days. I am totally shocked that there is any negative feedback on here and comments about how the children have to bring a packet lunch! It’s not an all inclusive holiday, the mind boggles. For the money JAG charges and the great activities on offer it is definitely recommend. Thank you Westcroft JAG staff, you do a cracking job ! Keep up the good work.
