Best brand on the market
I’ve used Juice products for years -not only for myself but I purchase the powerbanks and cables for all of my staff and we love them. Never any issues with a single purchase. The colour matching to my new phone is super cool. I love how their products don’t use any virgin plastic and I haven’t seen that with any other brand on the market.

Juice 100W power bank
The problem seems to be with the firmware. I bought 2 of these and you never know what their charge status is. They after a couple of weeks neither of them charged to 100% - rarely getting above 85%. Then when displaying something like 31% one of them stopped working because it was flat. Very poor.
Following my review Juice contacted me immediately. They offered to replace the faulty power banks (which I had purchased from a third party) and arranged a collection for the faulty ones. The replacements arrived a couple of days later and a courier collected the faulty ones. The replacements work fine. Juice's follow-up service and attention to detail was outstanding and very courteous and I will definitely buy kit from them again.

The charging behaviour and percentage display you’ve described doesn’t sound right, and we completely understand how frustrating it must be to have two units behaving inconsistently and not reaching full charge.

Falsely advertised product on the…
Falsely advertised product on the website. Initially I was told they’d checked the batch and I’d missed to find the attachment inside. They then stopped responding until I mentioned Trading Standards. At this point they asked me to send details, all of which had already been sent. They asked for the batch number which proves they can’t have actually checked the product as they had stated. They were never particularly apologetic, they did not acknowledge the faff entailed. I’ve also discovered other people had exactly the same faulty item which they claimed had simply been my mistake.

Oh wow, expensive rubbish
Oh wow, what can I say. I've been buying juice leads from b&m for the last couple of years and each time they don't last, I must have had at least 7 by now, this most recently bought one was only about 3 months ago. God knows why I kept buying them, I don't have an answer, just thought I'd been unlucky, but I've since read reviews and apparently that's the norm, they literally don't last longer than the ones you get from the pound shop. So that's me done with juice, ordered one from eBay now, can't be any worse.
