Car collected as promised but collection was another story! Arrived to collect, car not ready! Told it was valeted. Pls to hear but car returned and not really clean especially the inside. A ‘hotel tag’ not mine left in the car! Quite disappointed after waiting just over two weeks to have my car back

At 81 years of age, the potential loss of my motor vehicle caused me great anxiety and stress, However, the team at Jscoachworks
were extremely helpful and understanding. Particular thanks and recognition to a young lady called Ashlea who sorted out my tangled paperwork and attended to all correspondence and related issues. Thanks also to the body repair team who did a first class repair. Certainly as a team they qualify for a rating of 10 out of 10.

Can't fault the repair to my car, impossible to see where the damage was.

Fantastic service from the garage and high standard of repair. I had a replacement door on a Nissan Qashqai following a dent from driving around a low wall. Could not be happier. I had to chop and change dates but the team were forever understanding. I was really impressed with the whole team but especially the ladies like Ashley who arranged for a drop off of the car. The car came back in beautiful condition. Very happy customer.

Once again brilliant service by JS Coachwork. Had to take the car back for a very minor rectification. Jason, was brilliant and dealt with my concern. I was fully informed what was wrong and how it was put right. Telephonist/receptionist made you feel welcome with her approach of customer care.

Took 3 weeks to spray car, various excuses. Had car way too long. Had to constantly chase up.
Paintwork good but the slow service spoilt it.
