I have not tried the meat yet due to a change in plans i have frozen the product. The sevice was very fast and well packaged and hassle free. I am looking forward to trying the meat in the near future.

Buy cheap, buy twice.
I was very disappointed to find that the beef soft ribs were cut in half (unlike what was advertised) which was very frustrating. I guess the old saying still sticks. Buy cheap, buy twice. Would avoid if I’m honest, never had a rack of beef short rib so small. Both racks that I ordered weighed far less than what I ordered.
