Ich habe auf Mallorca einen Roller gemietet, der angeblich mit vollem Tank übergeben wurde – in Wahrheit war der Tank komplett leer. Eine absolute Frechheit!

Doch damit nicht genug: Der hinterlegte Deposit wurde bis heute nicht zurückgezahlt, und auf meine Nachrichten werde ich konsequent ignoriert. So führt man kein seriöses Geschäft!

Hier wird offensichtlich mit betrügerischen Methoden gearbeitet – ich kann nur jedem dringend davon abraten, bei diesem Anbieter zu mieten. Wer sein Geld nicht verlieren will, hält besser Abstand!

FUIYEZ !!!!!!!!! Don’t Rent !!! Si vous voyez cet avis, ne payez rien ! Ce sont des arnaques ! Personne ne répond est quand un gars viens sur place il vous demande de payer la caution puis s’en va ! En disant je suis en vacances maintenant ! Et rien d’autre se passe ! ALORS N’Y ALLEZ PAS ! Prix attractif mais arnaque à coup sûr ! J’ai payé 200€ de caution pour un scooter que je n’ai pas ! Je vais déposer plainte demain !

Let me share my fresh experience with the Jota Cafe rental on Mallorca ... This FEB ive rented a motorbike for 5 days over DoYouSpain webpage. Choosen 500ccm enduro bike MACBOR MONTANA with no accesories. Paid immediatelly... Later Jota Cafe had contacted me by WhatsApp that i have to pay also 500EUR deposit. No problem, paid. Pickup on airport was pretty dissapointing. No office, no person, just few bikes on public park place ... OK, i dont need the shopassintant to pick up the bike... Lets try to find a bike ordered ... Ooops, guy from JotaCafe on WA gave me plate number of my bike ... Whats wrong boy? Ive ordered Enduro bike but youve prepared cafe racer for me? OK, nevermind ... Lets try to unlock the bike ... After more than half hour, i gave up. JotaCafe guy try to help me, but in the end, he has to give me another bike ... Still caferacer instead of Enduro bike ... OK, on bike there is huge topcase, two helmets are there (i dont need any equipment, i have my own). Nevermind ... Lets start a pickup check ... Bike has 7 km on ODOmeter, but it looks like have complete two Dakar races, many scratches, dents, dirt ... Also fuel tank level was less than 1/3 ... Tires were flat (later on gas station less than 1bar, have to be corrected). Mirrors, levers, all of them were in total mess ... Ok, spent about one hour on gas station to correct all of these issues ...

In the end, i have to say, that bike worked well all the time, no technical issue, also dropping the bike back on airport works well. Deposit promised to be returned in 10 workdays has been returned later upon strong request from my side ....

So, if you are cost oriented, you can get satisfactory level of service ... But from my side, next time ill chose another rental company somewhere in the Palma city ... Only one advantage of Jota Cafe is that bikes are directly on the airport ...

Companie frauduleuse, ne rend pas votre caution. Exige des frais de 5 euros en plus non préciser, aucune personne physique pour vous assister. Service après vente inexistant. Je vous déconseil vivement de vous y rendre.

I rented with Jota cafe and I had a nice experience.

Rápido y fiable

I rented a moped for 1 day from this company and paid a €300 deposit. The moped was returned the following day in perfect condition, as agreed. Despite this, I have not received my deposit back, nor any response from the company, even after multiple attempts to contact them. It has now been over a month, and their lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable.

I am in contact with the Spanish consumer protection authorities and I will pursue legal action to resolve this matter.

I am extremely disappointed with the company’s unprofessional behavior and would strongly caution others against doing business with them. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this rental service!

Me encantó alquilar con Jota Cafe, los chicos que atienden son todos muy comprensivos y simpáticos, tienen de todo para alquilar, yo alquile una sym 125 y estaba todo perfecto, el proceso de recogida fue muy cómodo y rápido. A la próxima seguro que vuelvo a alquilar con jota cafe.

Le scooter est à récupérer sur le parking de l'aéroport. Ils sont tous en état très moyen. Le mien avait un pneu crevé ! 1h30 d'attente pour pouvoir en récupérer un autre. A mon retour, j'ai du envoyer des dizaines de messages pendant 2 mois pour demander à récupérer ma caution mais après 2 mois à me dire que ça va venir, on finit par me facturer des faux travaux ! Le changement d'une béquille à un prix exorbitant alors que la béquille n'avait aucun problème ! J'ai beau envoyer des messages pour me plaindre, on met des jours pour me répondre... on confond mon dossier avec celui de quelqu'un d'autre... À FUIR !

J’ai loué un scooter 1 semaine fin octobre,arrivés à 22h à . l’aéroport d’Ibiza,nous avons trouvé le parking où il y a des centaines de scooters,absolument personne pour vous accueillir contrairement à ce qui vous est confirmé,j’appelle le numéro que l’on m’a donné,personne ne répond.Alors que nous repartions,je reçois des photos du type de scooter a trouver;coup de chance on tombe dessus et on nous envoie un code pour en récupérer un.On a pris celui qui était en moins mauvais état que les autres.Mis à part une crevaison,il a globalement bien fonctionné.Ensuite,c’est le parcours du combattant pour récupérer la caution,vu que j’avais fait changer le pneu sans leur en parler,ça a posé des problèmes,j’ai posé un adhésif sur le carter cassé pour éviter qu’il soit arraché par la vitesse,ils ont pensé que j’étais tombé,heureusement que j’avais bien filmé le scooter le jour ou je l’ai récupéré ;en bref j’ai mis un mois pour récupérer la caution en les harcelant tout les jours.Pas très concluant mon expérience avec eux,bon courage….

I was booking a bike end of May 2024 for 2 days. 3 months later i realised that they didn't return my deposit of 500€. So i texted them and they send me 200€ mentioning that i got caught driving 14kmh too quick. They said the fine is 200€ for the authorities + 100€ for them as a fee. As 200€ fpr 14kmh sounds way too much and 100€ as fee for them is rediculous i contacted the autorities. They told me the fee is only 100€. So after months of back and forth with this rental company they finally send me another 100€. They tried to get as much out of it as possible and they are completly ruthless with it. So do yourself a favour and don't book with them. It will safe you alot of nerves and also money.

I had the misfortune of renting with this scam agency, in Ibiza, through rentalmotorbike.com. In short: they changed 4 motorbikes in 3 days... each one worse than the other, motorbikes 20-25 years old, poorly maintained and unsafe, tires and brakes not sufficient. The last bike they gave me was a BMW 850 and to start it you had to pray to all the saints in heaven.
Not only that! they didn't want to give me back the 200 euro deposit (even though rentalmotorbike had canceled my contract and then refunded the rental money) because according to them I had to pay 150 +50 of I don't know what for having called them because the motorbike didn't start, so at that point I told him that I wouldn't want anything from them anymore and to take his mate away, after 4 shitty bikes! therefore, I had to engage in a bank dispute to get the deposit back.
Today, 2 months later, I obtained the deposit thanks to all the documents and reasons I provided to my bank.
Stay away from these scoundrels! .. never again!

They will advertise to be the cheapest, but be carefully booking jota bikes, in the beginning it looks alright but when after couple of weeks you ask for you advance money they will do everything to keep some of it with excuses. Again scammers! Do not book them. They overcharged with a extra helmet which I did not get plus kept some of the advance money- in the end overcharging me with 40 procent.

They ask you for a deposit of 300 euros that they do not return to you immediately, then they invent a problem with the vehicle to keep your deposit, when there is evidence of returning the vehicle in perfect condition, no one receives it and then they invent a breakdown so as not to return it to you the money that you have left as a guarantee Received a motorcycle in deplorable conditions of gasoline, oil and battery, I reported it when receiving it and when delivering it after 20 days they tell you that it is your fault They do not want to return the deposit

Fuyez !!!!! Ce sont des voleurs. Caution de 300 euros pour un scooter à Majorque mi août ... toujours pas remboursé !! Et je penses que je n'en verrais jamais la couleur !

Am 17.09 und 18.09.2024 mit Freunden insgesamt 2 Mopeds 125cc und 400cc ausgeborgt!

Waren zuerst aufgrund der Rezessionen etwas besorgt wegen der Kaution €300 für die 125er und €500 für die 400er.

Haben uns nach Rückgabe auch bestätigen lassen das die Mopeds „keine“ Beschädigungen, also nicht mehr als bei Übernahme hatten.

Und ja, es hat länger als die ausgemachten 10 Tage nach Rückgabe gedauert, bis das Geld bei mir angekommen ist.
(10 Tage Einbehalt um Strafen auszuschließen)

Es sind jedoch am heutigen Tag, nach zweimaliger Erinnerung per WhatsApp, meine gesamten €500 am Konto zurückgebucht worden!

Die €300.- meines Freundes dauern angeblich noch bis 16.10, wenn dies auch noch funktioniert, gibt es noch einen 4 Stern!

Suite à une réservation, en arrivant à l’aéroport se fut le parcours du combattant car il n’y a pas de point de vente. Le service a distance ne parle pas français et la moto n’était pas à l’aéroport. Obliger de se rendre dans le centre ville à nos frais car ils s’étaient trompé.
En arrivant la moto n’y était pas non plus et plus de réponse du service.
Le service nous balade maintenant pour ne pas rembourser 250 de réservation + 500€ de caution

A FUIRE ! Je n'ai pas l'habitude de laisser un avis négatif mais cette entreprise est une HONTE !!

Réservation d'une moto qui devait être à l'aéroport non présente, on me dirige ensuite à mes frais dans le centre ville pour en chercher une autre, mais encore aucune moto !!
Puis plus de nouvelles de leur part !

Il m'a fallu 1 mois et des menaces de porter plainte pour récupérer ma caution et ils ne m'ont toujours pas rendu l'argent de la location !

UN SCANDALE , A FUIR !!!

Ne réservez pas la bas j’ai réservé 2 scooter du 8 au 10 septembre et je n’ai toujours pas eu de remboursement de ma caution de 600€
Ils ne répondent pas aux messages bref allez voir un autre loueur

Ho versato caparra da 300 euro e dopo 40 giorni ancora non si è vista. Non noleggiato nulla da loro sono disonesti sia sul prezzo che come si comportano ora procedo legalmente
