Jones The Gas is the first guy to call when you need a gas engineer. He has always been available to sort out our boiler problems. He has just fitted our new boiler replacing our 13 year old boiler. Very respectful of our home. Always appreciates a good brew 😌

Several radiators replaced. Arrived at the stated time and proceeded to protect floors and carpets prior to commencement of work.
Job well organised and work site kept very clean with final clean up on completion.

Highly recommend
Brilliant! Had a quote for replacing two normal radiators for two towel radiators - turned up when promised and quote came through in a reasonable time.
We accepted and booked in, and Dean and Lee came back out not much longer after. After a bit of a battle with our boiler filling loop, they spent the day making sure everything was taken care of, including re-routing pipes so they sit nicely, making good the walls etc. Put down plenty of protective stuff as well for carpets etc, and took away all the rubbish.
Genuinely can't fault any of it, really nice people, easy to get things organised and end result is really professional and working great.
If they ever set up a boiler cover type service, I'd use Jones the gas in a heartbeat. Very happy and highly recommend.

Had our boiler serviced on Monday. We booked it in ready for the annual service a little while back.
Brill service, arrived when expected, explained what had been done and Dean as always polite and informative.
Would not use anyone else.

Jones the gas have never let me down
Jones the gas have never let me down. Even when I started having hot water pressure issues they managed to fit me in for a job scope. Once the fault was diagnosed Dean and Kaye let me know the date of the repairs.
Dean and lee turned up on time on the day stated and the level of professionalism was second to none!
Replaced my cylinder and tested everything before they left. It was like they were never there as they left my house in tip top condition.
Would recommend them to anyone!

Reminder when service is due, then phone call to arrange service date. Service carried out by experienced and polite engineer. Very satisfied with the excellent service I received, and I would have no problem recommending this form to any of my friends.

As soon as Dean arrived, I felt reassured that choosing Jones the Gas was the right decision. He exceeded all my expectations of a gas engineer and as for pristine workmanship- it was faultless and one wouldn’t have suspected that my two appliances had ever been serviced, everything was left immaculate and now I’m warm and cosy, safe in the knowledge that if I ever I have a further need for a gas engineer, it will be Jones the Gas who I contact.
