Jones Robinson have been proactive throughout in trying to understand and match our requirements for our new home. Calum, in particular, has been able to be proactive, without being overly pushy. His work led to us finding our new home and we are very happy. Raf has also been very helpful in dealing with our offer process.

The team were responsive, sympathetic and patient during a number of protracted sales processes. Andrew, Mikyle were a delight to work with and we felt very supported throughout. Would thoroughly recommend!

As first-time buyers, the house buying process was completely new to us, but Jones Robinson made it much easier than we expected. The team were very supportive throughout and always happy to answer our questions.

We had a very good experience buying our house through Jones Robinson. Starting with Rachel C's considerable patience during our initial viewing. Everyone in the team was friendly and helpful throughout.

We came across the listing for our property late one evening last week after endlessly searching the usual sites. Then my partner sent me a link — and it turned out to be what is now our new home!

We immediately got in touch with the Jones Robertson Lettings team and arranged a viewing. The house ticked every box for us. With four children between us and two small dogs, finding somewhere suitable isn’t always easy, so it was incredibly reassuring that our whole little clan was warmly welcomed into the letting agreement.

We mainly dealt with Amelia Dell, who was fantastic throughout — informative, supportive, and incredibly helpful during the application process. Everything was handled so smoothly, taking away the stress that usually comes with moving, especially within such a tight timescale. We viewed on Monday and moved in by Saturday!

Great communication with us throughout the beginning of our house selling journey

I first came across Church Robinson when I went to view a few houses they had for sale. They were so professional and so informative. Every member of the team is approachable and knowledgeable.
Dawn and Holly ensured the lawyers kept working which we really appreciated. We were kept informed every step of the way.

Shout out to Clare, Poppy and Jude from Jones Robinson Newbury who worked so efficiently to ensure our transition to a new letting agency went seamlessly. Everything was handled in an extremely professional and timely manner and I cannot fault any aspect of the process! Thank you so much to everyone involved :)

I had a very detailed conversation with Archie, who took the time to answer all of my questions. A personal information pack was hand delivered to our door on the same day of our phone call. We had the lovely James visit our home the next day, who gave very positive information about the value of our property.

We will definitely use them when the time comes to sell our house!

Extremely disappointing experience.

While my fiancce was undergoing active chemotherapy and being clinically vulnerable, I clearly explained that property viewings posed a serious medical risk. Despite this, I was repeatedly pressured to allow viewings, and my situation was minimised rather than respected.

This caused significant stress and made me feel unsafe in my own home during treatment. When I raised a formal complaint, the agency ultimately refused to take meaningful responsibility or offer appropriate resolution, treating the matter as closed.

In addition to this, there were wider failures in basic tenancy management, including errors in gas account setup, unauthorised access to the property, restrictive handling of broadband arrangements, and conduct that fell below expected professional standards.

Taken together, these issues suggest systemic shortcomings rather than isolated mistakes. The response to formal complaints focused on internal processes rather than meaningful accountability or acknowledgment of impact.

Based on my experience, I have significant concerns about compliance, tenant welfare, and overall professionalism within this agency.

I would strongly caution anyone who is medically vulnerable or expects basic care and professionalism from a letting agency especially Ms Butler.

I respectfully disagree with the assertion that duties were carried out properly.

There are currently three separate disputes progressing through independent regulators, including The Property Ombudsman and the Energy Ombudsman. The existence of these formal proceedings indicates that there are legitimate concerns regarding compliance and service standards.

Confidence in one’s internal processes is important; however, regulatory referrals do not arise without reason. If obligations had been fulfilled appropriately and in accordance with professional standards, escalation to external bodies would not have been necessary.

I had a great experience working with Seb Walcott. He was professional, attentive, and made regular check-in calls while recommending properties well tailored to my needs.
Although we ultimately purchased a new-build property and didn’t buy through Seb, I truly appreciated his support and professionalism. I would happily use his services again and highly recommend him.

Called to enquire about a property in Newbury. The agent I spoke to , Alex, needs real training in how to sell. Told me he didn't want to waste my time showing me a property given it was 5k over my budget. He was patronising and smug. I actually could have superseded the offer already on the property but given his arrogant attitude, his absolute certainty in himself that he was correct and didn't want to employ basic politeness, I asked myself - "why bother?".

Congratulations on a truly terrible sales tactic.
