We’ve had consistently great experiences with Jude from Jones Robinson Estate Agents, who carries out our property inspections every few months.

She is always friendly, approachable, and professional, which makes the whole process feel easy rather than intrusive. What really stands out is how kind she is with our dog, Finn. Every single time she visits, she takes the time to say hello to him and always has a treat in her pocket for him, which he absolutely loves.

It’s those small, consistent touches that make a big difference. Jude is a real credit to the team, and it’s always a pleasure when she visits.
